Pour \u00e9valuer ces trois crit\u00e8res Q&amp;A a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une \u00e9tude online aupr\u00e8s de 3.000 consommateurs belges, leur demandant leur opinion sur une centaine de retailers.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats de cette enqu\u00eate sont peu r\u00e9jouissants : seul un nombre limit\u00e9 de retailers parviennent \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser leurs clients. Pour pr\u00e8s de 65% des retailers, les r\u00e9pondants ont indiqu\u00e9 ne pas avoir l\u2019intention de faire un prochain achat chez eux. Un probl\u00e8me qui concerne surtout Eldi, Leen Bakker et WE kampen. Parmi les supermarch\u00e9s, <strong>Colruyt<\/strong> b\u00e9n\u00e9ficie de la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 la plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de ses clients.<\/p>\n<p>A peine 13% des retailers sont capables de rendre leurs clients heureux : <strong>Ici Paris XL<\/strong> et <strong>Yves Rocher<\/strong> y parviennent le mieux. Pour 16% des retailers, l\u2019enqu\u00eate indique que leurs clients sortent du magasin sans sourire, avec au bas du classement Proxy Delhaize et Telenet.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Un retailer sur trois n\u2019a pas encore de webshop<\/h2>\n<p>Bien qu\u2019un bon webshop soit un facteur d\u00e9terminant pour la survie d\u2019un retailer, 30% des commer\u00e7ants en Belgique ne sont toujours pas actifs online : \u00e0 ce titre Q&amp;A fait explicitement r\u00e9f\u00e9rence \u00e0 Action, Aveve, Lidl, Pimkie, Wibra, Tom &amp; Co, Ikea et Intratuin.
