Il s\u2019agissait du troisi\u00e8me probl\u00e8me en 2,5 ans de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s concertation avec les f\u00e9d\u00e9rations repr\u00e9sentant les commer\u00e7ants, Worldline a d\u00e9cid\u00e9, d\u2019une part de faire un geste commercial envers les commer\u00e7ants touch\u00e9s \u2013 durant deux semaines (du 15 au 28 octobre 2015) ceux-ci seront exempt\u00e9s des co\u00fbts de transaction pour les transactions de d\u00e9bit national, avec un maximum de 400 transactions \u2013, et d\u2019autre part de mettre au point un protocole, comprenant les actions concr\u00e8tes entreprises par Worldline en vue d\u2019am\u00e9liorer ses services de paiement.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Je tiens \u00e0 pr\u00e9senter encore une fois mes excuses, \u00e0 nos clients, \u00e0 nos partenaires et \u00e0 la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 Bancontact MisterCash Company qui a trop souvent \u00e9t\u00e9 associ\u00e9e par erreur \u00e0 notre entreprise alors qu\u2019elle n\u2019est en rien responsable des probl\u00e8mes qui se sont produits r\u00e9cemment \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Willy Walraeve, CEO de Worldline Benelux.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Les organisations d\u2019ind\u00e9pendants satisfaites<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab Qu\u2019il s\u2019agisse d\u2019une panne ou d\u2019un retard de paiements, l\u2019impact financier ne doit pas \u00eatre sous-estim\u00e9 \u00bb, affirme Karel Van Eetvelt de l\u2019Unizo. \u00ab Cet accord garantit un d\u00e9dommagement financier aux commer\u00e7ants touch\u00e9s. En outre les ICP\u00a0 (indicateurs cl\u00e9s de performance, ndlr.), qui ont \u00e9t\u00e9 convenus, obligent Worldline \u00e0 continuer \u00e0 investir dans ses services. Si nous voulons encourager les paiements \u00e9lectroniques, les commer\u00e7ants doivent pouvoir compter sur un syst\u00e8me performant et un bon service. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Le SNI se dit lui aussi satisfait du fait que \u00ab Worldline consente \u00e0 faire un geste commercial envers les commer\u00e7ants impact\u00e9s et donne la possibilit\u00e9 aux commer\u00e7ants les plus touch\u00e9s de n\u00e9gocier avec Wordline sur base individuelle. Il est \u00e9galement positif de constater que de telles discussions n\u2019auront, en cas d\u2019incident, plus de raison d\u2019\u00eatre \u00e0 l\u2019avenir. En effet, lorsque les objectifs fix\u00e9s ne seront pas atteints, les commer\u00e7ants auront automatiquement droit \u00e0 une indemnit\u00e9, par le biais de transactions gratuites. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Philippe Godfroid de l\u2019Union des Classes Moyennes se montre plus prudent : \u00ab L\u2019UCM se r\u00e9jouit de la volont\u00e9 de Worldline de mieux garantir la continuit\u00e9 du service et salue le geste commercial consenti.
