Face \u00e0 une conjoncture macro\u00e9conomique volatile, des perturbations dans les cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement et l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des comportements des consommateurs, le secteur a d\u00fb s&rsquo;adapter et se restructurer. Bien que la croissance semble se stabiliser l\u00e9g\u00e8rement en dessous des niveaux pr\u00e9-pand\u00e9miques, les rythmes de reprise varient fortement selon les cat\u00e9gories et les pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre 2019 et 2023, le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires nominal du secteur a augment\u00e9 de 2,3 % par an, mais apr\u00e8s ajustement pour l&rsquo;inflation, une baisse de 1,8 % a \u00e9t\u00e9 enregistr\u00e9e. Certains march\u00e9s, comme la Pologne, l&rsquo;Espagne et le Royaume-Uni, affichent une r\u00e9silience avec une croissance annuelle attendue de 1,5 \u00e0 2 % jusqu&rsquo;en 2028. En revanche, la France, l&rsquo;Allemagne et l&rsquo;Italie devraient conna\u00eetre stagnation ou l\u00e9gers reculs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Consommateurs d\u00e9loyaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le rapport \u00ab State of Retail 2024 \u00bb, qui a interrog\u00e9 plus de 15 000 Europ\u00e9ens, montre que le comportement des consommateurs fa\u00e7onne de plus en plus le secteur.
