Or, la cha\u00eene n\u00e9erlandaise est d\u00e9ficitaire depuis des ann\u00e9es.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">En qu\u00eate d&rsquo;un refinancement et d&rsquo;un repreneur<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Avedon Capital Partners, actionnaire principal de 2theloo, recherche activement un acheteur pour la formule n\u00e9erlandaise. Selon le Financieele Dagblad, il y aurait un int\u00e9r\u00eat concret de la part d&rsquo;Allemands, peut-\u00eatre l&rsquo;entreprise de toilettes Sanifair ou l&rsquo;op\u00e9rateur de toilettes CWS. Avedon est pr\u00e9sent dans la capitale du 2theloo depuis dix ans, mais n&rsquo;en a gu\u00e8re tir\u00e9 profit jusqu&rsquo;\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En 2023, la cha\u00eene de toilettes n\u00e9erlandaise a vu sa perte nette presque doubler pour atteindre plus de 4 millions d&rsquo;euros. Le comptable s&rsquo;est m\u00eame inqui\u00e9t\u00e9 de l&rsquo;avenir de l&rsquo;entreprise dans son rapport annuel. Bien que les r\u00e9sultats d&rsquo;exploitation se soient nettement am\u00e9lior\u00e9s en 2024, l&rsquo;entreprise n&rsquo;a pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 rembourser un pr\u00eat de 10 millions d&rsquo;euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">2024 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une bonne ann\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon le directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral Chris Meijers, il n&rsquo;y a cependant pas lieu de paniquer. Il souligne que le pr\u00eat bancaire a \u00e9t\u00e9 prolong\u00e9 et que l&rsquo;entreprise travaille activement \u00e0 son refinancement. Les nouveaux sites, qui ont temporairement fait baisser les chiffres en 2023, sont d\u00e9sormais rentables et le dirigeant s&rsquo;attend \u00e0 un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d&rsquo;exploitation de plusieurs millions pour 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2theloo compte actuellement 184 sites en Europe, y compris de r\u00e9centes expansions aupr\u00e8s des gares belges et de nouvelles succursales aux Pays-Bas, en France et en Allemagne. Les concurrents sont n\u00e9anmoins de plus en plus nombreux : de nouveaux acteurs tels que le n\u00e9erlandais One Hundred Restrooms, qui compte 85 succursales dans six pays, gagnent du terrain.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La formule de toilettes publiques 2theloo est dans la vitrine.
