D\u00e9but 2015 Carrefour annon\u00e7ait l\u2019ouverture avant la fin de l\u2019ann\u00e9e de son premier hypermarch\u00e9 d\u2019une toute nouvelle g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, \u00ab l\u2019hypermarch\u00e9 du futur \u00bb<\/a>. Ce mercredi 9 d\u00e9cembre les clients pourront venir d\u00e9couvrir le r\u00e9sultat de ce nouveau concept dans le Carrefour Mons Les Grands Pr\u00e9s. \u00a0<\/p>\n

Carrefour garantit aux visiteurs \u00ab une exp\u00e9rience in\u00e9dite, un vaste \u00e9ventail de produits, pr\u00e9par\u00e9s par des experts sous les yeux des clients, un parcours particulier et un agencement par univers selon le principe du \u2018shop in the shop\u2019. \u00bb En outre le magasin regorge de nouvelles applications digitales. D\u00e9sormais chez Carrefour \u00ab on ne fait plus ses courses, on les vit. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Ainsi les visiteurs pourront voir les boulangers et les p\u00e2tissiers \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153uvre dans l\u2019atelier boulangerie et observer les bouchers d\u00e9coupant la viande dans l\u2019atelier de boucherie. Des traiteurs pr\u00e9parent des plats dans une cuisine professionnelle au centre du magasin. Et ce n\u2019est pas tout, il y a \u00e9galement un pizzaiolo, un chocolatier artisanal et m\u00eame un torr\u00e9facteur.<\/p>\n

La gamme de produits est gigantesque : 600 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences de bi\u00e8re, plus de 1.000 vins (dont 150 grands crus dans une cave \u00e0 vin), le plus grand assortiment de produits ethniques (pas moins de 2.000 r\u00e9f\u00e9rences !), 700 sortes de fromages, pr\u00e8s de 1.000 produits \u2018sant\u00e9\u2019 (bio, sans gluten, sans sucre et bien d\u2019autres). Et tout cela agenc\u00e9 par groupe de produits et par th\u00e8me dans des shops distincts. \u00ab Le client n\u2019aura plus l\u2019impression de circuler dans un hypermarch\u00e9, mais de se balader de boutique en boutique. \u00bb<\/p>\n

Un magasin hyper connect\u00e9<\/h2>\n

Dans son nouvel hypermarch\u00e9, Carrefour mise pleinement sur les possibilit\u00e9s digitales, afin de faciliter la vie du client et de lui faire vivre une exp\u00e9rience d\u2019achat moderne. A l\u2019entr\u00e9e par exemple, le client trouvera un mur digital o\u00f9 il pourra commander ses achats lourds (eau, sodas, bac de bi\u00e8re, produits \u00e0 lessiver), pour ensuite les retirer au drive-in, une fois ses autres courses termin\u00e9es.<\/p>\n

Des \u00e9crans interactifs permettent notamment de commander des livres qui ne sont plus en stock (que le client pourra retirer en magasin deux jours plus tard) ou du gros \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager (avec possibilit\u00e9 de livraison \u00e0 domicile). Le client a \u00e9galement la possibilit\u00e9 de faire graver sur place des CD, DVD, ou jeux vid\u00e9o qui ne sont repris dans l\u2019assortiment. Il y a m\u00eame un service permettant au client de faire imprimer ses propres photos sur du papier peint ou des serviettes.<\/p>\n

Le rayon textile dispose de miroirs digitaux pour l\u2019essai de v\u00eatements, avec la possibilit\u00e9 de partager des photos via Facebook ou par e-mail. Bien entendu le client peut disposer du Wifi gratuit et recharger sa tablette ou son smartphone dans les espaces Caf\u00e9\/Restauration. Le magasin comprend \u00e9galement un auditorium pour tester les barres son, une salle de jeux vid\u00e9o et un coin jeux pour les tout-petits, deux espaces de lecture (l\u2019un pour les adultes, l\u2019autres pour les enfants), voire m\u00eame un bar \u00e0 d\u00e9gustation de whisky (avec 80 sortes de whisky). L\u2019hypermarch\u00e9 emploie environ 270 collaborateurs.<\/p>\n
