Le commerce \u00e9lectronique continue de s&#8217;emparer d&rsquo;une part croissante du march\u00e9, en particulier avec les nouveaux arrivants chinois qui se hissent d\u00e9j\u00e0 parmi les cinq premiers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Un tiers provient de l&rsquo;\u00e9tranger<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le secteur europ\u00e9en du bricolage est en pleine transformation num\u00e9rique. Selon un nouveau rapport de Cross-Border Commerce Europe, le march\u00e9 du bricolage en ligne cro\u00eet plus rapidement que pr\u00e9vu, le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires passant de 56 milliards d&rsquo;euros en 2023 \u00e0 66 milliards d&rsquo;euros en 2024. La tendance \u00e0 la hausse se poursuit, avec un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires pr\u00e9visionnel de 78 milliards d&rsquo;euros en 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le commerce \u00e9lectronique transfrontalier joue un r\u00f4le de plus en plus important et a fait une solide perc\u00e9e dans le secteur du bricolage. En 2023, le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires du commerce transfrontalier s&rsquo;\u00e9levait \u00e0 17,8 milliards d&rsquo;euros (31,8 % du march\u00e9 en ligne). En 2024, ce chiffre est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 21,6 milliards d&rsquo;euros (32,8 %) et augmenterait encore pour atteindre 34 % du march\u00e9 total du bricolage en ligne d&rsquo;ici 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La position dominante d&rsquo;Amazon est contest\u00e9e<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Amazon <\/strong>reste le leader absolu du secteur europ\u00e9en du bricolage en ligne, avec 15 % du march\u00e9 (9,15 milliards d&rsquo;euros). Pourtant, la plateforme est confront\u00e9e \u00e0 la concurrence croissante de g\u00e9ants chinois tels que <strong>Temu <\/strong>et <strong>AliExpress<\/strong>, qui commencent \u00e0 se faire une place sur le march\u00e9 europ\u00e9en. Cela attire \u00e0 la fois les nouveaux bricoleurs et les bricoleurs exp\u00e9riment\u00e9s.<br>Les barri\u00e8res g\u00e9ographiques tombent \u00e9galement gr\u00e2ce au commerce \u00e9lectronique, ce qui rend la gamme de produits disponibles plus large que jamais et permet aux consommateurs d&rsquo;avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 des fournisseurs internationaux.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Tendances en mati\u00e8re d&rsquo;am\u00e9lioration de l&rsquo;habitat<\/strong><br>La demande d&rsquo;espaces de vie personnalis\u00e9s et de solutions efficaces sur le plan \u00e9nerg\u00e9tique continue de cro\u00eetre. Qu&rsquo;il s&rsquo;agisse de peintures durables, de solutions de mobilier modulaire ou de syst\u00e8mes d&rsquo;\u00e9clairage intelligents, les consommateurs ont des exigences nouvelles et plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es.<br><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Le d\u00e9veloppement durable comme moteur<\/strong><br>Les consommateurs pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent de plus en plus les produits \u00e9cologiques tels que les mat\u00e9riaux de construction recycl\u00e9s et les colles non toxiques. Cette tendance pousse les d\u00e9taillants \u00e0 adapter leur offre et \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des lignes de produits durables.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9fis et strat\u00e9gies<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 une forte croissance, les enseignes de bricolage sont confront\u00e9es \u00e0 des d\u00e9fis. L&rsquo;une des principales \u00e9volutions est la mont\u00e9e en puissance du mod\u00e8le Do-It-For-Me (DIFM). De plus en plus de consommateurs optent pour des services professionnels d&rsquo;assemblage et d&rsquo;installation au lieu de le faire eux-m\u00eames. Cela oblige les d\u00e9taillants \u00e0 proposer des services hybrides qui s&rsquo;adressent \u00e0 la fois aux clients bricoleurs et aux clients DIFM.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En outre, les d\u00e9taillants doivent optimiser leurs op\u00e9rations logistiques. Le commerce transfrontalier n\u00e9cessite des cha\u00eenes d&rsquo;approvisionnement efficaces, ce qui conduit les entreprises \u00e0 investir dans la gestion des stocks pilot\u00e9e par l&rsquo;IA, dans des entrep\u00f4ts r\u00e9gionaux et dans des services de livraison plus rapides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;e-commerce repr\u00e9sentant pr\u00e8s de 20 % du march\u00e9 total du bricolage et pr\u00e8s d&rsquo;un tiers des transactions transfrontali\u00e8res, le secteur est sur le point de conna\u00eetre une nouvelle acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration num\u00e9rique.
