Le montant de la transaction n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 communiqu\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>En 2015 Lut\u00e8ce a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 100 millions d\u2019euros, ce qui lui a permis de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer un b\u00e9n\u00e9fice avant int\u00e9r\u00eats, imp\u00f4ts, d\u00e9pr\u00e9ciation et amortissement (ebitda) d\u2019environ 2,3 millions d\u2019euros. L\u2019entreprise compte 190 employ\u00e9s au total.<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette acquisition, Greenyard Foods continue de renforcer l\u2019empire des fruits et l\u00e9gumes qui na\u00eetra de la fusion de Greenyard Foods avec <strong>Univeg<\/strong> et <strong>Peatinvest<\/strong>. L\u2019entit\u00e9 fusionn\u00e9e g\u00e9n\u00e9rera un chiffre d\u2019affaires de 3,7 milliards d\u2019euros et deviendra ainsi leader mondial.
