Le probl\u00e8me est li\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;apparition de la data matrix sur les emballages de marque. Le d\u00e9taillant cherche une solution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mise \u00e0 jour du logiciel<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Lorsque l&rsquo;on scanne une dizaine de produits de marques telles que Unox, Dr Oetker, Zwan et Ecover aux caisses de Delhaize, des \u00ab produits fant\u00f4mes \u00bb suppl\u00e9mentaires apparaissent parfois sur le ticket de caisse <a href=\"https:\/\/www.vrt.be\/vrtnws\/nl\/2025\/04\/18\/delhaize-kassasysteem\/\">alors que le client ne les a pas achet\u00e9s<\/a>. C&rsquo;est ce qu&rsquo;a d\u00e9couvert l&rsquo;\u00e9mission WinWin de Radio2 consacr\u00e9e aux consommateurs. Le probl\u00e8me peut survenir lorsque l&#8217;emballage contient un code data matrix (une sorte de code QR) en plus du code-barres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ce code data matrix <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/general\/date-limite-2027-pret-pour-la-nouvelle-generation-de-codes-barres\/\">remplacera le code-barres en 2027<\/a> et Delhaize a d\u00e9j\u00e0 effectu\u00e9 une mise \u00e0 jour de son logiciel pour s&rsquo;y pr\u00e9parer. C&rsquo;est l\u00e0 que les choses ont mal tourn\u00e9 : le logiciel de caisse associe parfois ce code matriciel \u00e0 un produit al\u00e9atoire de la gamme, ce qui am\u00e8ne les clients \u00e0 payer trop. Le probl\u00e8me se pose depuis des mois. Delhaize pr\u00e9sente ses excuses et cherche une solution, mais cela ne s&rsquo;av\u00e8re pas facile. Les clients qui d\u00e9couvrent l&rsquo;erreur seront rembours\u00e9s.
