Le discount reste donc le canal physique qui conna\u00eet la plus forte croissance dans la distribution alimentaire, avec une part de march\u00e9 de 16,6 % dans cinq ans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;Europe reste le point n\u00e9vralgique du discount, avec une part de march\u00e9 qui devrait atteindre plus de 23 % d&rsquo;ici 2029. Les march\u00e9s d&rsquo;Europe centrale et orientale, et le Portugal en particulier, offrent encore de bonnes perspectives pour le canal discount, avec un taux de p\u00e9n\u00e9tration \u00e9lev\u00e9 et une croissance des ventes jusqu&rsquo;en 2029. Dans d&rsquo;autres r\u00e9gions, la part est nettement plus faible : sur un seul march\u00e9 en dehors de l&rsquo;Europe, le Canada, le discount aura une part de march\u00e9 sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 15 % d&rsquo;ici 2029. Toutefois, cette part continue de cro\u00eetre dans toutes les r\u00e9gions, \u00e0 l&rsquo;exception de l&rsquo;Asie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aldi et Lidl continuent de dominer le secteur du discount. Les ventes combin\u00e9es de ces deux acteurs d\u00e9passeront 320 milliards de dollars (26,5 milliards d&rsquo;euros) en 2029. Ensemble, ils repr\u00e9senteront 34 % des ventes mondiales du circuit discount en 2029.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les centres-villes comme cibles<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans son nouveau rapport sur les tendances mondiales du discount, IGD identifie les principaux moteurs de la croissance du canal du discount \u00e0 court et \u00e0 moyen terme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bien entendu, le prix reste au c\u0153ur du mod\u00e8le commercial : les discounters maintiennent les prix bas quotidiens (EDLP) comme base, mais ils exp\u00e9rimentent \u00e9galement la fid\u00e9lisation et d\u00e9veloppent de nouveaux formats de magasins pour maintenir leur position de leaders en termes de valeur. Ils continuent \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9tendre leur r\u00e9seau de magasins, en ciblant les centres-villes. Sur les march\u00e9s satur\u00e9s, les discounters envisagent des acquisitions. Les magasins existants sont r\u00e9nov\u00e9s pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des besoins des consommateurs, mais aussi pour les rendre plus durables et \u00e9conomes en \u00e9nergie.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des besoins des consommateurs, les discounters doivent adapter leur strat\u00e9gie non alimentaire. Les magasins d&rsquo;usine joueront un r\u00f4le plus important dans ce domaine, tout comme le commerce \u00e9lectronique. Les produits de sant\u00e9 \u00e0 prix abordable constituent un autre axe de d\u00e9veloppement.
