La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lsa-conso.fr\/bel-ferme-l-usine-all-in-foods-et-tourne-la-page-de-nurishh,460949\">ferme \u00e9galement l&rsquo;usine de Saint-Nazaire<\/a>, qui emploie environ 50 personnes, rapporte le magazine professionnel fran\u00e7ais LSA. La nouvelle est surprenante, car le groupe avait investi dans la modernisation de la marque l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re seulement. Mais Nurishh n&rsquo;a apparemment pas r\u00e9ussi \u00e0 convaincre suffisamment de consommateurs dans les pays o\u00f9 elle a \u00e9t\u00e9 lanc\u00e9e : outre la France, la Belgique, le Royaume-Uni et les \u00c9tats-Unis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette d\u00e9cision soul\u00e8ve des questions quant aux grandes ambitions v\u00e9g\u00e9tales que le groupe s&rsquo;\u00e9tait fix\u00e9es. En effet, Bel s&rsquo;\u00e9tait engag\u00e9 \u00e0 ne r\u00e9aliser que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/interview-mohamed-zariouhi-bel-vers-un-nouvel-equilibre-entre-consommation-animale-et-vegetale\/\">la moiti\u00e9 de son chiffre d&rsquo;affaires avec les produits laitiers d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030<\/a>. L&rsquo;autre moiti\u00e9 devait provenir d&rsquo;alternatives laiti\u00e8res et de produits \u00e0 base de fruits &#8211; une cat\u00e9gorie dans laquelle le groupe n&rsquo;est pas (encore) pr\u00e9sent au Benelux. Entre-temps, le groupe a \u00e9galement lanc\u00e9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/le-boursin-vegetal-fait-son-entree-chez-carrefour\/\">des versions v\u00e9g\u00e9tales du Boursin<\/a>, du Mini Babybel ou de La Vache Qui Rit, entre autres.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il reste maintenant \u00e0 voir si l&rsquo;app\u00e9tit limit\u00e9 des consommateurs pour les fromages \u00e0 base de plantes incitera l&rsquo;entreprise \u00e0 revoir cet objectif. L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, Bel a enregistr\u00e9 une hausse de 2,6 % de ses ventes, qui ont atteint 3,74 milliards d&rsquo;euros, mais <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/le-fabricant-de-babybel-investit-dans-les-etats-unis-et-le-vegetal\/\">a vu sa marge b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiaire se
