C&rsquo;est l&rsquo;une des grandes ambitions affich\u00e9es par le distributeur dans son nouveau plan strat\u00e9gique \u00ab Beyond everyday \u00bb. En effet, apr\u00e8s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/electro\/fnac-darty-acheve-son-plan-strategique-et-fonce-dans-litalie\/\">l&rsquo;int\u00e9gration r\u00e9cente<\/a> du distributeur italien de produits \u00e9lectriques <strong>Unieuro<\/strong>, Fnac Darty se sent pr\u00eat pour une nouvelle histoire de croissance, dans laquelle le mod\u00e8le de vente au d\u00e9tail classique c\u00e8de de plus en plus la place \u00e0 un mod\u00e8le de services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon ses propres termes, l&rsquo;enseigne souhaite devenir un partenaire et un assistant pour les clients dans leur vie quotidienne. Pour ce faire, l&rsquo;entreprise s&rsquo;int\u00e9resse aux technologies de la beaut\u00e9, au divertissement, aux exclusivit\u00e9s culturelles, aux partenariats et \u00e0 l&rsquo;octroi de licences pour les jeux et les loisirs. Les r\u00e9parations prennent \u00e9galement de l&rsquo;importance : Fnac Darty souhaite faire passer le nombre de produits r\u00e9par\u00e9s de 2,6 millions \u00e0 3,5 millions d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030. Cela devrait contribuer \u00e0 l&rsquo;ambition de r\u00e9duire les \u00e9missions directes de carbone (scopes 1 et 2) de 50 % d&rsquo;ici 2030 par rapport \u00e0 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ouvertures de magasins<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Si Fnac Darty se veut r\u00e9solument omnicanale, avec une exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;achat fluide et intuitive sur tous les points de contact, les magasins physiques restent au c\u0153ur de la strat\u00e9gie : 200 points de vente sont en cours de r\u00e9novation, 150 nouveaux magasins sont en projet. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, le groupe compte 1 500 magasins dans 14 pays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il vise \u00e9galement \u00e0 \u00e9tendre son potentiel de march\u00e9 aux clients professionnels et aux entreprises, notamment par l&rsquo;interm\u00e9diaire de sa place de march\u00e9. Les revenus retail media, sous-utilis\u00e9s aujourd&rsquo;hui, devraient repr\u00e9senter 2 % du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030. En outre, le groupe voit un potentiel dans le d\u00e9veloppement de services et d&rsquo;\u00e9v\u00e9nements pour les acteurs culturels tels que les \u00e9diteurs et les artistes. Pour faire passer la relation client au niveau sup\u00e9rieur, les employ\u00e9s recevront des formations suppl\u00e9mentaires, notamment sur l&rsquo;IA.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Toutes ces initiatives devraient permettre d&rsquo;atteindre une marge op\u00e9rationnelle d&rsquo;au moins 3 % d&rsquo;ici 2030 et un cash-flow libre d&rsquo;au moins 1,2 milliard d&rsquo;euros sur la p\u00e9riode
