De la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re d\u2019autres grands projets prendront du retard, tant pour les petits retailers que pour les grands groupes internationaux \u00bb, estime le professeur Van Ossel.<\/p>\n<p>Suite \u00e0 l\u2019index et l\u2019inflation, les frais ne cessent d\u2019augmenter. Par cons\u00e9quent, selon lui,\u00a0 les commer\u00e7ants d\u00e9penseront moins au niveau du personnel, de la publicit\u00e9, \u2026\u00a0\u00a0 \u00e0 tout niveau en fait.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Le secteur de la mode pr\u00e9dit l\u2019impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Au niveau de la budg\u00e9tisation l\u2019incertitude est grande pour cette nouvelle ann\u00e9e. \u00ab J\u2019entends dire continuellement que la r\u00e9cession entra\u00eene une grande nervosit\u00e9. Principalement dans les secteurs \u00e9troitement li\u00e9s aux saisons, notamment dans la branche de la mode, on est tr\u00e8s prudent au niveau des commandes. \u00bb Les magasins de v\u00eatements commandent moins de stock, craignant de se retrouver avec trop d\u2019invendus.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-top: 10px;margin-right: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;float: left\" alt=\"consument\" src=\"\/sites\/default\/files\/spacer.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" \/>L\u2019angoisse est d\u2019autant plus grande que 2011 n\u2019a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 non plus un grand succ\u00e8s. \u00ab Le secteur de la mode a connu une ann\u00e9e tr\u00e8s \u00e9trange. La saison d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9tait excellente, entre autres gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019arriv\u00e9e pr\u00e9coce du beau temps, mais la saison d\u2019hiver a \u00e9t\u00e9 carr\u00e9ment dramatique. Au mois de mai la crise semblait derri\u00e8re le dos\u00a0 et donc les consommateurs ont \u00e0 nouveau fait du shopping. En automne toutefois cette confiance fragile s\u2019est soudainement \u00e0 nouveau effondr\u00e9e, \u00bb observe Gino Van Ossel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab M\u00eame si les organisations de commerce indiquent que les ventes au mois de d\u00e9cembre se sont tr\u00e8s bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9es, il ne faut pas oublier que la base de comparaison est tr\u00e8s faible. En effet l\u2019ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re les chiffres d\u2019affaires ont \u00e9t\u00e9 tr\u00e8s m\u00e9diocres en p\u00e9riode de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e suite \u00e0 l\u2019enneigement durant les dimanches d\u2019ouverture des magasins \u00e0 la p\u00e9riode de No\u00ebl.<\/p>\n<p>Les chiffres pour\u00a0 la totalit\u00e9 de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2011, gr\u00e2ce au succ\u00e8s de la saison de printemps, ne sont pas mauvais en soi, mais au bout du compte la mauvaise saison d\u2019hiver est d\u00e9terminante. De plus les v\u00eatements d\u2019hiver sont plus chers que les v\u00eatements d\u2019\u00e9t\u00e9. El\u00e9ment positif toutefois : cette ann\u00e9e les soldes ont d\u00e9marr\u00e9 durant les vacances de No\u00ebl. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Le secteur alimentaire n\u2019est plus \u00e9pargn\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>Jusqu\u2019\u00e0 pr\u00e9sent la branche alimentaire avait \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9e, mais on\u00a0 constate maintenant que ce secteur est \u00e9galement touch\u00e9 par la r\u00e9cession. C\u2019est quasiment la premi\u00e8re fois que le chiffre d\u2019affaires des supermarch\u00e9s augmente moins que l\u2019inflation, raison pour laquelle ils enregistrent une l\u00e9g\u00e8re r\u00e9gression.<\/p>\n<p>La fois derni\u00e8re la distribution alimentaire avait\u00a0 bien travers\u00e9 la r\u00e9cession, parce que le consommateur allait moins souvent manger \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur et se pr\u00e9parait \u00e0 manger chez lui. Carrefour pour sa part rena\u00eet de ses cendres et Delhaize a de plus en plus de mal \u00e0 g\u00e9n\u00e9rer une croissance like-for-like. Chez Colruyt le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice est compromis, alors qu\u2019Aldi et Lidl reprennent le dessus. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>C\u00f4t\u00e9 consommateur dans ce climat tendu, on ne constate absolument aucune disposition \u00e0 faire des concessions. Alors que les prix des mati\u00e8res premi\u00e8res et autres frais augmentent, le consommateur continue r\u00e9solument\u00a0 \u00e0 exiger le plus bas prix.<\/p>\n<p>Gino Van Ossel se r\u00e9jouit tout bas d\u2019observer la relation entre les fabricants de marques et les distributeurs dans la p\u00e9riode \u00e0 venir. \u00ab Les n\u00e9gociations de fin d\u2019ann\u00e9es se sont bien d\u00e9roul\u00e9es \u2013 il n\u2019y a pas eu de nouveaux conflits \u2013 mais la nervosit\u00e9 augmente, \u00bb estime-t-il.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Tendance \u00e0 reporter \u00e0 plus tard<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019incertitude r\u00e8gne \u00e9galement dans les autres secteurs : la branche du bricolage est particuli\u00e8rement impr\u00e9visible en temps de crise. \u00ab A chaque creux \u00e9conomique, le secteur du bricolage ressent un double effet. Logiquement on pourrait s\u2019attendre \u00e0 ce que les gens bricolent davantage, fassent plus de travaux eux-m\u00eames, mais d\u2019autre part les gens peuvent facilement reporter \u00e0 plus tard des travaux dans la maison. Le secteur du meuble lui aussi est touch\u00e9 par cette tendance \u00e0 remettre au lendemain. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-top: 10px;margin-right: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;float: left\" alt=\"doe-het-zelver\" src=\"\/sites\/default\/files\/spacer.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" \/><br \/>Dans le secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique il faudra attendre l\u2019arriv\u00e9e de nouveaux produits, mais plus encore que dans d\u2019autres secteurs l\u2019\u00e9volution vers la vente online y joue un r\u00f4le consid\u00e9rable.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cParadoxalement les supermarch\u00e9s profiteront peut-\u00eatre de la hausse du taux de ch\u00f4mage. G\u00e9n\u00e9ralement c\u2019est une bonne nouvelle pour les supermarch\u00e9s, par exemple parce que les consommateurs-ch\u00f4meurs au lieu de commander des sandwiches au travail,\u00a0 se font leurs tartines eux-m\u00eames et s\u2019ach\u00e8tent donc davantage de pain et de garniture pour tartines. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2><\/h2>\n<h2>\u00ab 2012 ann\u00e9e d\u00e9cisive pour l\u2019e-commerce \u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>Il serait faux de dire qu\u2019en cette p\u00e9riode de difficult\u00e9 \u00e9conomique il n\u2019y aura pas d\u2019innovations.\u00a0 La tendance e-commerce \u00e9volue rapidement et de plus en plus de retailers comprennent que s\u2019ils ne prennent pas ce train en marche,\u00a0 ils seront d\u00e9finitivement d\u00e9pass\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019\u00e9volution du commerce en ligne en 2012 sera tr\u00e8s importante. Non seulement sur le plan technologique,\u00a0 mais \u00e9galement en utilisant des moyens modestes, les retailers tenteront d\u2019\u00e9tablir\u00a0 leur pr\u00e9sence online. La question n\u2019est pas de savoir \u2018si\u2019, mais plut\u00f4t \u2018comment\u2019 il faut\u00a0 int\u00e9grer internet dans la strat\u00e9gie de vente. On peut le faire par exemple en utilisant\u00a0 tout simplement des iPads en magasin.<\/p>\n<p>Les consommateurs de toute mani\u00e8re introduisent\u00a0 l\u2019internet au sein du magasin physique, donc en 2012 tout le monde devra chercher\u00a0 comment g\u00e9rer ce ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne. \u00ab Une discussion int\u00e9ressante \u00e0 ce sujet est celle de l\u2019internet mobile : de plus en plus de retailers (pensez par exemple \u00e0 Starbucks, McDonald\u2019s et Tesco) proposent eux-m\u00eames l\u2019internet sans fil .<\/p>\n<p>Mais le consommateur exigera-t-il l\u2019acc\u00e8s \u00e0 Wi-Fi ou prendra-t-il son propre abonnement? Et les retailers, les villes ou d\u2019autres instances doivent-elles proposer ce r\u00e9seau sans fil ? \u00bb se demande le professeur Van Ossel.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Le consommateur insaissisable<\/h2>\n<h2><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;margin-left: 10px;float: right\" alt=\"mobielezoekopdrachten\" src=\"\/sites\/default\/files\/spacer.png\" width=\"200\" height=\"133\" \/><\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019ann\u00e9e 2012 sera marqu\u00e9e par la r\u00e9cession, mais il y aura comme toujours dans ce genre de climat des audacieux qui fonceront au moment m\u00eame au chacun \u00e9conomise ses forces. De plus \u00e9tant donn\u00e9 que les priorit\u00e9s des grands se situent ailleurs que dans notre petit pays, cela pourrait bien \u00eatre une bonne tactique.<\/p>\n<p>Dans le domaine du commerce en ligne tout retailer, petit ou grand, devra s\u2019investir au maximum.
