Or, il y a aussi des valeurs s\u00fbres dans les rues commer\u00e7antes qui perdent l&rsquo;attention des consommateurs&#8230;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les consommateurs exigent une attention constante<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre f\u00e9vrier et mai 2025, le march\u00e9 n\u00e9erlandais de la mode a connu des changements notables en termes de fr\u00e9quentation des magasins et de parts de march\u00e9. C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une analyse des flux pi\u00e9tonniers r\u00e9alis\u00e9e par Accurat. \u00ab Les donn\u00e9es montrent un march\u00e9 qui n&rsquo;est pas seulement influenc\u00e9 par la m\u00e9t\u00e9o, mais aussi par l&rsquo;\u00e9volution des habitudes d&rsquo;achat, une concurrence num\u00e9rique plus forte et des relations de marque changeantes \u00bb, explique Frank Koelewijn, directeur commercial chez Accurat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le printemps a commenc\u00e9 par un temps frais, ce qui a entra\u00een\u00e9 une baisse de la fr\u00e9quentation des magasins en f\u00e9vrier. En mars, la fr\u00e9quentation s&rsquo;est redress\u00e9e, mais, fait remarquable, l&rsquo;affluence traditionnelle de P\u00e2ques n&rsquo;a pas eu lieu : en avril, le nombre de visiteurs a de nouveau chut\u00e9. \u00ab La visibilit\u00e9 et les flux de visiteurs n\u00e9cessitent une attention constante, en particulier dans le segment moyen \u00bb, souligne M. Koelewijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Mango grimpe, Jack &amp; Jones d\u00e9gringole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Parmi toutes les marques de mode, Mango a enregistr\u00e9 la plus forte progression, avec une augmentation de 9 % de la part de fr\u00e9quentation. Le d\u00e9ploiement du nouveau concept de magasin \u00ab New Med \u00bb dans plusieurs villes a clairement port\u00e9 ses fruits. Cotton Club, MS Mode et Takko Fashion ont \u00e9galement connu une forte croissance de 6 \u00e0 7 %. MS Mode s&rsquo;est particuli\u00e8rement distingu\u00e9 par l&rsquo;ouverture de nouveaux magasins, tandis que Takko se pr\u00e9pare \u00e0 passer \u00e0 une centaine de magasins aux Pays-Bas d&rsquo;ici fin 2025. Norah et ONLY ont \u00e9galement progress\u00e9, avec respectivement 5 % et 2 % de croissance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;autre bout du spectre, Jack &amp; Jones a perdu 15 % de sa part de fr\u00e9quentation, soit la baisse la plus forte de l&rsquo;\u00e9tude. WE Fashion et Shoeby ont \u00e9galement perdu du terrain, avec une baisse d&rsquo;environ 10 % chacun. Les deux marques ont r\u00e9cemment annonc\u00e9 la fermeture de magasins. TerStal, C&amp;A et H&amp;M sont rest\u00e9s relativement stables, avec des fluctuations inf\u00e9rieures \u00e0 1 %. Ils ont attir\u00e9 2 \u00e0 3 fois plus de clients que la moyenne du march\u00e9. Leur force r\u00e9side dans leur taille et leur strat\u00e9gie d&rsquo;implantation. Ces marques, ainsi que TerStal et Takko Fashion, ont \u00e9galement obtenu les meilleurs scores en termes de fr\u00e9quence de visite. Leurs clients sont revenus \u00e0 plusieurs reprises au cours de la saison.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, des marques telles que Jack &amp; Jones et Cotton Club faisaient souvent partie d&rsquo;itin\u00e9raires de shopping comportant plusieurs \u00e9tapes.
