L&rsquo;ordre dans lequel les produits sont pr\u00e9sent\u00e9s dans le site web fait une diff\u00e9rence, selon une \u00e9tude de l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Anvers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Filtrage sur Nutri-Score<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les supermarch\u00e9s pr\u00e9sentent leur assortiment en ligne chacun \u00e0 leur mani\u00e8re : certains sites web affichent le Nutri-Score pour chaque produit, d&rsquo;autres ne l&rsquo;affichent pas imm\u00e9diatement. Le filtrage par Nutri-Score n&rsquo;est pas non plus possible dans tous les supermarch\u00e9s, explique Elke Godden, chercheuse postdoctorale en marketing \u00e0 l&rsquo;universit\u00e9 d&rsquo;Anvers. Elle a \u00e9tudi\u00e9 la mani\u00e8re dont les supermarch\u00e9s peuvent encourager les clients \u00e0 faire des choix plus sains via leurs sites web : \u00ab&nbsp;La conception d&rsquo;un site web influence-t-elle ce que les clients ach\u00e8tent ? Quand font-ils les choix les plus sains ? Et d\u00e9pensent-ils alors plus d&rsquo;argent ?&nbsp;\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9pondre \u00e0 ces questions, elle a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 sept variantes d&rsquo;un supermarch\u00e9 en ligne. Les diff\u00e9rences entre les sites web \u00e9taient subtiles : dans quatre des supermarch\u00e9s, le Nutri-Score \u00e9tait clairement affich\u00e9, tandis que dans les trois autres, il ne l&rsquo;\u00e9tait pas. Dans trois sites web, les acheteurs pouvaient filtrer le Nutri-Score, par exemple pour ne voir que les produits ayant un score \u00ab A \u00bb. En outre, dans certaines versions, l&rsquo;ordre des produits pouvait \u00eatre modifi\u00e9 de mani\u00e8re \u00e0 ce que les produits les plus sains figurent en t\u00eate de liste. Enfin, quatre supermarch\u00e9s proposaient un ordre alphab\u00e9tique, tandis que dans les trois autres, les produits les plus sains apparaissaient en premier par d\u00e9faut.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Les d\u00e9penses sont rest\u00e9es les m\u00eames<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Les scientifiques ont \u00e9tudi\u00e9 l&rsquo;influence de la conception du site web sur le panier d&rsquo;achat des participants. Ils ont constat\u00e9 que le fait que le Nutri-Score soit visible ou non ne changeait pas grand-chose au comportement d&rsquo;achat. La possibilit\u00e9 de filtrer ou de trier les produits en fonction de leur \u00e9tat de sant\u00e9 a \u00e9galement eu peu d&rsquo;effet. \u00ab&nbsp;Cela s&rsquo;explique par le fait que moins d&rsquo;un client sur dix utilise ces fonctions. Nous avons \u00e9galement constat\u00e9 que les gens n&rsquo;achetaient pas des produits moins sains \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Mme Godden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En revanche, l&rsquo;ordre d&rsquo;affichage des produits a fait une diff\u00e9rence notable : \u00ab&nbsp;Lorsque les produits les plus sains se trouvaient par d\u00e9faut en haut de l&rsquo;\u00e9cran, les clients achetaient \u00e9galement des produits nettement plus sains. Autre bonne nouvelle : les d\u00e9penses moyennes sont rest\u00e9es pratiquement les m\u00eames dans les sept supermarch\u00e9s.
