Des plateformes comme TikTok et Instagram forment un flux constant d&rsquo;impressions de style. \u201cSi 70 % des d\u00e9cisions d&rsquo;achat chez la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z se prennent en cherchant de l&rsquo;inspiration, alors nous devons \u00eatre l\u00e0 o\u00f9 cette inspiration vit \u2013 en ligne.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cependant, Zalando ne veut pas devenir une plateforme de m\u00e9dias sociaux : au lieu de cela, elle int\u00e8gre la richesse visuelle et la culture de la \u2018vibe\u2019 des m\u00e9dias sociaux directement dans son exp\u00e9rience d&rsquo;achat. Cela entra\u00eene des retours, mais aussi une frustration \u00e9motionnelle chez les clients.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour r\u00e9soudre ce probl\u00e8me, Zalando a d\u00e9velopp\u00e9 le \u2018profil de taille num\u00e9rique\u2019. Les clients peuvent entrer leurs tailles ou les scanner via une photo, donner des retours sur leurs achats et m\u00eame ajouter des v\u00eatements pr\u00e9f\u00e9r\u00e9s de leur propre garde-robe. Ainsi, un profil dynamique se cr\u00e9e pour aider \u00e0 choisir la bonne taille \u2013 maintenant et \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir. \u201cNous construisons une version num\u00e9rique de la vieille table de tailleur.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, l&rsquo;entreprise teste des \u2018jumeaux num\u00e9riques\u2019 \u2013 des mannequins hyperr\u00e9alistes g\u00e9n\u00e9r\u00e9s par IA qui proviennent de mat\u00e9riel visuel ant\u00e9rieur. \u201cNous n&rsquo;avons pas besoin de r\u00e9server des mod\u00e8les \u00e0 chaque fois ou de voyager \u00e0 travers le monde.
