M\u00eame parmi les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations les plus jeunes, les achats physiques restent populaires en raison de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience physique et de la possibilit\u00e9 de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux produits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le magasin physique est bien vivant<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u00f9 les consommateurs ach\u00e8tent-ils leurs produits d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne et de beaut\u00e9 ? Cette question a \u00e9t\u00e9 pos\u00e9e par <strong>Henkel <\/strong>et Herman Konings, observateur de tendances, dans leur rapport sur les tendances. Le supermarch\u00e9 reste le plus fr\u00e9quent\u00e9 avec 76 %. Les magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s tels que les parfumeries et les pharmacies suivent de pr\u00e8s, avec respectivement 28 % et 27 %. L&rsquo;\u00e9cart avec les d\u00e9taillants en ligne (14 %) est encore plus grand. Pour les produits de lavage et de nettoyage, l&rsquo;\u00e9cart est encore plus grand : dans ce cas, le supermarch\u00e9 arrive en t\u00eate avec 89 %. 12 % ach\u00e8tent parfois ou toujours dans les pharmacies, 10 % chez les d\u00e9taillants en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En bref : bien que l&rsquo;on ait souvent pr\u00e9dit la disparition du magasin physique, celui-ci est bel et bien vivant. 71 % des consommateurs interrog\u00e9s pensent qu&rsquo;ils feront encore l&rsquo;essentiel de leurs achats dans les magasins d&rsquo;ici cinq ans. 12 % se voient faire leurs achats principalement en ligne.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le penchant pour les achats en magasin ne se limite pas aux produits d&rsquo;hygi\u00e8ne personnelle, aux produits d&rsquo;entretien ou aux d\u00e9tergents. 74 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es appr\u00e9cient de faire r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement leurs courses ; seules 8 % pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent que tout soit livr\u00e9 \u00e0 domicile. Chez les -35 ans, cette proportion atteint 13 %, mais m\u00eame ces g\u00e9n\u00e9rations continuent de jurer par au moins une \u00ab vraie \u00bb s\u00e9ance de shopping occasionnelle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De vrais contacts sociaux<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>O\u00f9 se situe l&rsquo;attrait du supermarch\u00e9 et des autres magasins physiques ? Pour 57 %, il s&rsquo;agit en partie de d\u00e9couvrir de nouveaux produits. 71 % qualifient une s\u00e9ance de shopping d&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience sensorielle. Chez les plus de 55 ans, ce chiffre atteint m\u00eame 82 %. Plus de la moiti\u00e9 des consommateurs (54 %) sont convaincus qu&rsquo;en 2030, nous ferons nos achats de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re qu&rsquo;aujourd&rsquo;hui,<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Pendant un certain temps, on a pens\u00e9 que les coursiers livreraient tout \u00e0 domicile, des pizzas au dentifrice ou au savon. Mais ces pr\u00e9visions sous-estimaient l&rsquo;importance du besoin de contact physique et d&rsquo;interactions humaines \u00bb, explique M. Konings. Nous constatons, surtout parmi les jeunes g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence d&rsquo;une nouvelle tendance au \u00ab r\u00e9ensauvagement social \u00bb, qui consiste \u00e0 prendre du recul par rapport aux m\u00e9dias sociaux et \u00e0 mettre de c\u00f4t\u00e9 son smartphone pour s&rsquo;engager dans un v\u00e9ritable contact social, dans un contexte diff\u00e9rent.
