Cependant, il faut une \u00e9tape interm\u00e9diaire : les fondateurs d\u00e9tiennent actuellement juste en dessous de 95 % des actions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le rachat doit attendre<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La prise de contr\u00f4le et le <em>delisting<\/em> de Greenyard approchent de leur ach\u00e8vement : pendant la p\u00e9riode d&rsquo;acceptation initiale, du 23 juin au 14 juillet, la famille Deprez et Solum ont obtenu 53,82 % des actions encore en circulation. Avec ce que les acqu\u00e9reurs poss\u00e9daient d\u00e9j\u00e0 et les actions de Greenyard elles-m\u00eames, la participation totale s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve maintenant \u00e0 94,71 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00c0 l&rsquo;origine, les acqu\u00e9reurs visaient un seuil d&rsquo;acceptation de 95 %, mais maintenant que ce seuil n&rsquo;a pas \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint, ils abandonnent cette condition. Une p\u00e9riode de r\u00e9ouverture obligatoire suivra cependant du 24 juillet au 13 ao\u00fbt. Via leur v\u00e9hicule commun Garden, Deprez et Solum offrent 7,40 euros par action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dans l&rsquo;espoir d&rsquo;atteindre le cap des 95 % apr\u00e8s ce deuxi\u00e8me tour, une proc\u00e9dure de rachat simplifi\u00e9e sera alors lanc\u00e9e. L&rsquo;objectif final : acqu\u00e9rir toutes les actions restantes et retirer Greenyard de la bourse.
