Lors de la Retail Marketing Day, Erwin Rutten, Country Manager Benelux, expliquera comment le d\u00e9taillant allemand r\u00e9alise une si forte croissance sur le march\u00e9 belge et n\u00e9erlandais sans beaucoup de marketing traditionnel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Pr\u00e9f\u00e9rer cibl\u00e9 \u00e0 massif<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Takko Fashion a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires record de 1,3 milliard d&rsquo;euros pour l&rsquo;exercice 2024\/2025 et pr\u00e9voit pas moins de 300 ouvertures de magasins d&rsquo;ici fin 2028. Une performance remarquable pour un discounter de v\u00eatements qui n&rsquo;a pas encore de notori\u00e9t\u00e9 nationale en Belgique. Le d\u00e9taillant s&rsquo;appuie sur une strat\u00e9gie de marketing 100 % num\u00e9rique pour communiquer avec ses clients &#8211; en plus d&rsquo;une forte pr\u00e9sence dans les magasins locaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sans de campagnes publicitaires massives, Takko Fashion parvient \u00e0 fid\u00e9liser ses clients, explique Erwin Rutten. \u00ab\u00a0Nous nous concentrons sur la visibilit\u00e9 locale et la fid\u00e9lisation des clients. Dans nos campagnes publicitaires, nous nous focalisons sur des p\u00e9riodes d&rsquo;actions sp\u00e9ciales et nous sommes particuli\u00e8rement pr\u00e9sents pour nos clients durant ces p\u00e9riodes. Notre principale priorit\u00e9 ? Un rapport qualit\u00e9-prix imbattable et une approche cibl\u00e9e et locale via des points de contact num\u00e9riques et nos propres canaux. Cela nous rend plus flexibles, durables et nous permet d&rsquo;offrir chaque semaine des offres et promotions int\u00e9ressantes dans nos magasins, sur l&rsquo;application Takko Friends et dans notre boutique en ligne.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Expansion physique comme base<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 de nombreux d\u00e9taillants, Takko Fashion investit tr\u00e8s activement dans l&rsquo;expansion de ses magasins. Aux Pays-Bas, le compteur s&rsquo;\u00e9l\u00e8ve cette ann\u00e9e \u00e0 120 magasins, tandis qu&rsquo;en Belgique, 26 sont d\u00e9sormais sur la carte. Au cours des prochaines ann\u00e9es, Takko Fashion voit un potentiel pour 5 \u00e0 10 nouveaux magasins par an en Belgique, dans la r\u00e9gion flamande, et 15 \u00e0 20 magasins par an aux Pays-Bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les magasins eux-m\u00eames restent en effet le principal outil de marketing. \u00ab\u00a0Si tu vis l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous sommes, alors tu nous connais. Si nous ne sommes pas dans ton quartier, peut-\u00eatre que moins de gens nous connaissent en ce moment. Donc, nous veillons \u00e0 \u00eatre visibles et attrayants localement. Le magasin est notre vitrine et notre exp\u00e9rience. Nous n&rsquo;ouvrons pas seulement de nouveaux magasins, nous r\u00e9novons \u00e9galement les magasins existants selon notre dernier concept : des magasins inspirants avec un parcours client clair et un design moderne.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Chaque client est un Takko Friend<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Takko Fashion a une boutique en ligne dans cinq pays, y compris les Pays-Bas. En Belgique, ce n&rsquo;est pas encore le cas. \u201cParce que 50 % de nos clients en ligne choisissent de retirer en magasin, le commerce \u00e9lectronique fonctionne le mieux lorsqu&rsquo;il y a un r\u00e9seau de magasins dense,\u201d explique Rutten. \u201cSi le magasin le plus proche est \u00e0 plus de 20 minutes en voiture, les gens abandonnent.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En plus du marketing POS dans les magasins locaux, le programme CRM devient un pivot central de la strat\u00e9gie marketing. Plus t\u00f4t, Takko Fashion a lanc\u00e9 en 2022 et 2023 en Allemagne, en Autriche et aux Pays-Bas l&rsquo;application de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 &lsquo;Takko Friends&rsquo;, o\u00f9 les clients peuvent accumuler des points, indiquer leurs pr\u00e9f\u00e9rences et recevoir des offres personnalis\u00e9es. \u201c\u00c0 partir de cet automne, la Belgique s&rsquo;ajoute\u201d, confirme Rutten. \u201cNous souhaitons que chaque client utilise notre application.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;application ne sert pas seulement de carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9, mais constitue \u00e9galement la base d&rsquo;un marketing ax\u00e9 sur les donn\u00e9es. \u00ab\u00a0Pour l&rsquo;instant, notre communication est encore assez g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, mais notre ambition est de la personnaliser fortement, en fonction du comportement d&rsquo;achat.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Inspiration plut\u00f4t que fast fashion<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Rutten souligne que Takko Fashion n&rsquo;offre pas de la fast fashion : \u00ab\u00a0Nous offrons de la mode de qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 des prix r\u00e9duits dans un environnement de magasin inspirant. Avec des tenues sur des mannequins, des accessoires, une communication claire des prix et un service personnalis\u00e9. Takko Fashion a ainsi une position unique et une combinaison de prix et d&rsquo;ambiance de magasin.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les employ\u00e9s de magasin jouent \u00e9galement un r\u00f4le cl\u00e9 dans le contact avec les clients. \u00ab\u00a0Nous appelons cela &lsquo;smart service&rsquo;. Pas de stylisme de A \u00e0 Z, mais de l&rsquo;aide l\u00e0 o\u00f9 il faut, par exemple pour expliquer les promotions, installer l&rsquo;application ou trouver la bonne taille. Ils sont cruciaux tant pour l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience client que pour la fid\u00e9lisation.\u00a0\u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La force de la proximit\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Rutten, le succ\u00e8s de Takko Fashion est d\u00fb \u00e0 cette proposition unique pour toute la famille. La force r\u00e9side dans la proximit\u00e9 locale gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un solide mod\u00e8le commercial physique. Takko Fashion \u00e9tend sa pr\u00e9sence dans les parcs commerciaux et pr\u00e9voit \u00e9galement une expansion strat\u00e9gique dans les centres-villes pour rendre son assortiment de produits accessible \u00e0 encore plus de clients. En Belgique par exemple, l&rsquo;expansion se concentre pour l&rsquo;instant sur des villes petites, les centres de grands villages et des lieux touristiques en Flandre. Les magasins varient de 400 \u00e0 450 m\u00b2, bien que des \u00e9tablissements plus grands soient possibles dans les parcs commerciaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cNous avons appris que notre nouveau concept de magasin est \u00e9galement couronn\u00e9 de succ\u00e8s dans les centres-villes. C&rsquo;est pourquoi nous allons \u00e0 l&rsquo;avenir nous \u00e9tendre vers des emplacements en centres-villes et compl\u00e9ter le portefeuille existant sur ces sites avec notre concept de magasin\u201d, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 le Country Manager.
