Alcentra et Brait, qui contr\u00f4lent la cha\u00eene depuis 2020, envisagent toutes les options, de la vente compl\u00e8te \u00e0 des sc\u00e9narios alternatifs. Il y aurait d\u00e9j\u00e0 eu plusieurs approches spontan\u00e9es de la part de candidats anonymes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Malgr\u00e9 les pertes, New Look reste un poids lourd au Royaume-Uni : la cha\u00eene est le num\u00e9ro deux de la mode f\u00e9minine chez les 18-44 ans, avec pr\u00e8s de 340 magasins et quelque 10 000 employ\u00e9s. Ses pertes se r\u00e9duisent \u00e9galement : sa perte avant imp\u00f4ts pour le dernier exercice s&rsquo;\u00e9levait \u00e0 21,7 millions de livres sterling (environ 25,6 millions d&rsquo;euros), contre 88 millions de livres sterling (environ 103,9 millions d&rsquo;euros) l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente. La cha\u00eene affirme \u00e9galement avoir gagn\u00e9 des parts de march\u00e9 en ligne et avoir r\u00e9alis\u00e9 de bonnes ventes estivales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>New Look a connu un parcours tumultueux au cours de la derni\u00e8re d\u00e9cennie, avec notamment une lourde restructuration \u00e0 la suite de la pand\u00e9mie. Avant m\u00eame la crise du Covid, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/nl\/news\/mode\/new-look-files-bankruptcy-belgium\/\">la cha\u00eene s&rsquo;\u00e9tait retir\u00e9e de Belgique<\/a>, de France et de Chine, entre autres. Au d\u00e9but de l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e, cependant, les actionnaires ont annonc\u00e9 un investissement de 30 millions de livres sterling (environ 35,9 millions d&rsquo;euros) pour stimuler la croissance num\u00e9rique. L&rsquo;objectif : doubler les commandes en ligne pour atteindre 1 milliard de livres sterling (environ 1,197 milliard d&rsquo;euros) d&rsquo;ici \u00e0 2030.
