Les activit\u00e9s en Belgique ont connu une progression spectaculaire de 40%.<\/p>\n<p>\u00ab Les premiers mois les affaires marchaient bien, mais \u00e0 partir du mois de mai il y a eu une r\u00e9elle acc\u00e9l\u00e9ration \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Werner Bruyns, manager de Coolblue Belgique. Par ailleurs en 2011 Coolblue a op\u00e9r\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re en tant que marque chapeautant l\u2019ensemble de ses webshops, ce qui s\u2019est traduit par un d\u00e9veloppement du cross-selling entre les diff\u00e9rents webshops.<\/p>\n<p>Selon Pieter Zwart, fondateur de Coolblue, la situation \u00e9conomique a \u00e9galement influenc\u00e9 le rythme de croissance. \u00ab Les consommateurs d\u2019aujourd\u2019hui font des choix plus r\u00e9fl\u00e9chis. Ils comparent davantage et s\u2019informent avant d\u2019acheter. Les magasins online \u2013 en particulier notre concept de shops sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s \u2013 les\u00a0 aident dans leurs recherches, mieux que les magasins physiques \u00bb. L\u2019entreprise dit avoir attir\u00e9 396.000 nouveaux clients en 2011.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Strat\u00e9gie de croissance agressive<\/h2>\n<p>Durant les premi\u00e8res semaines de 2012 Coolblue a vu se poursuivre cette croissance. \u00ab Cela nous donne confiance pour notre strat\u00e9gie d\u2019expansion plus agressive que jamais, selon Bruyns. \u00ab Nous ouvrirons cette ann\u00e9e un nombre record de nouveaux webshops et de magasins physiques, m\u00eame en dehors du secteur de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique grand public. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>Au total Coolblue compte actuellement 115 webshops diff\u00e9rents et quatre magasins physiques (Eindhoven, Groningen, Rotterdam et Anvers). Coolblue proc\u00e8de avec des webshops \u00e0 th\u00e8mes, dont les plus connus sont pdashop.nl et laptopshop.nl.
