La marque ne s&rsquo;adresse plus \u00e0 une seule g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, mais r\u00e9pond \u00e0 un besoin qui transcende toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations, explique le directeur Filiep Blontrock.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Revirement<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab En 2050, un Europ\u00e9en sur trois aura plus de 60 ans. Le marketing de l&rsquo;\u00e2ge est devenu obsol\u00e8te, voire absurde. Tout le monde vieillit, personne ne se sent \u00ab\u00a0senior\u00a0\u00bb. Les gens veulent des produits qui leur apportent du confort, du style et de la confiance, point final. Pas des produits \u00ab\u00a0pour leur \u00e2ge\u00a0\u00bb. Chez Damart, nous avons pris ce virage : nous ne vendons plus \u00e0 une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration, nous r\u00e9pondons \u00e0 un besoin qui traverse toutes les g\u00e9n\u00e9rations \u00bb, explique Filiep Blontrock, directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral de Damart International.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le d\u00e9taillant lance en octobre et novembre une nouvelle offensive marketing avec des publicit\u00e9s t\u00e9l\u00e9vis\u00e9es sur ses trois march\u00e9s historiques, la France, la Belgique et le Royaume-Uni. La marque sera \u00e9galement pr\u00e9sente sur la t\u00e9l\u00e9vision connect\u00e9e (Disney+, Netflix&#8230;), sur les affichages num\u00e9riques dans les gares et sur les r\u00e9seaux sociaux.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Magasin laboratoire<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Damart acc\u00e9l\u00e8re \u00e9galement sa strat\u00e9gie omnicanale. Aujourd&rsquo;hui, les ventes en magasin physique repr\u00e9sentent encore 45 % du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires. Le r\u00e9seau de magasins propres compte 150 points de vente en Europe et affiche une croissance de +4,4 %, ce qui prouve que la transformation touche \u00e9galement les points de vente physiques.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le 9 octobre, Damart a ouvert un nouveau magasin laboratoire de 190 m\u00b2 dans son si\u00e8ge historique \u00e0 Roubaix. Il s&rsquo;agit d&rsquo;un lieu d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rimentation et \u00e0 la co-cr\u00e9ation entre les clients et les \u00e9quipes internes. Le d\u00e9taillant y testera ses innovations en direct et recueillera les commentaires des consommateurs afin d&rsquo;acc\u00e9l\u00e9rer la mise sur le march\u00e9 des produits de demain.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Croissance via les places de march\u00e9<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Alors que la part du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires r\u00e9alis\u00e9 par correspondance (catalogue) diminue, on observe une forte transition vers le num\u00e9rique : la boutique en ligne propre \u00e0 la marque et les places de march\u00e9 repr\u00e9sentent d\u00e9j\u00e0 plus de 21 % du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires. La marque est pr\u00e9sente sur 9 places de march\u00e9 en France (dont Amazon, La Redoute, Veepee, Zalando&#8230;) et pas moins de 30 dans huit pays europ\u00e9ens. Un tiers des ventes sur les places de march\u00e9 est international.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Damart rendra accessible au plus grand nombre des gammes de produits sp\u00e9cifiques, telles que Thermolactyl, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une offre optimis\u00e9e au prix de 19,99 euros pour la grande distribution. Des discussions sont en cours avec les principaux acteurs en vue d&rsquo;un d\u00e9ploiement progressif \u00e0 partir de 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La soci\u00e9t\u00e9 m\u00e8re Damartex (\u00e0 laquelle appartient \u00e9galement Xandres) a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de 521,2 millions d&rsquo;euros au cours de l&rsquo;exercice 2024\/25, soit une l\u00e9g\u00e8re baisse de 0,6 %.
