Dans pr\u00e8s de trois cas sur quatre les prix sont identiques.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Comparaison de 24.000 prix<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le cadre de cette \u00e9tude, le professeur Alberto Cavallo et son \u00e9quipe ont analys\u00e9 les prix de 24.000 produits de 56 cha\u00eenes de magasins dans 10 pays. Il en ressort que dans 72% des cas les prix en ligne sont identiques aux prix pratiqu\u00e9s dans les magasins physiques. Signalons que les pure players online n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 pris en compte, car l\u2019\u00e9tude se limite \u00e0 comparer les prix online et offline au sein d\u2019une m\u00eame entreprise.<\/p>\n<p>\nDans les cat\u00e9gories des v\u00eatements et de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique, deux march\u00e9s o\u00f9 le shopping online a fortement perc\u00e9, les prix se sont av\u00e9r\u00e9s identiques dans la plupart des cas. Pour les fournitures de bureaux et les produits de droguerie par contre les prix sont plus divergents.<\/p>\n<p>\nMais m\u00eame en cas de diff\u00e9rences de prix, celles-ci sont g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement minimes : la r\u00e9duction online est rarement sup\u00e9rieure \u00e0 4% et la moyenne est d\u2019\u00e0 peine 1%.<\/p>\n<h2>\nOnline et offline, m\u00eame niveau de prix<\/h2>\n<p>La Belgique et les Pays-Bas n\u2019ont pas \u00e9t\u00e9 repris dans l\u2019\u00e9tude, mais Gino Van Ossel, professeur en marketing \u00e0 la Vlerick Business School, constate une tendance similaire chez nous. Selon lui, la plupart des enseignes pratiquent les m\u00eames prix online et offline.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ab Bien entendu les offres \u2018online-only\u2019 sont des exceptions. Ces produits ne sont pas propos\u00e9s en magasin, parce que les frais de vente en magasin sont trop \u00e9lev\u00e9s par exemple.
