Cette pression profite aux discounters, mais creuse en m\u00eame temps le foss\u00e9 entre les consommateurs. \u00ab Tout le monde ne le remarquera pas de la m\u00eame mani\u00e8re : ce sont surtout les couches d\u00e9j\u00e0 d\u00e9favoris\u00e9es de la soci\u00e9t\u00e9 qui seront touch\u00e9es. On assiste \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9mergence d&rsquo;une soci\u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e0 deux vitesses. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Van Ossel, la confiance des consommateurs montre des signes de reprise, mais il met en garde contre toute simplification excessive. Le contexte g\u00e9opolitique accro\u00eet l&rsquo;impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9. Van Ossel souligne la fragilit\u00e9 du cessez-le-feu \u00e0 Gaza, l&rsquo;incertitude autour de l&rsquo;Ukraine et l&rsquo;impr\u00e9visibilit\u00e9 de Donald Trump. Dans un tel contexte, une seule pr\u00e9vision ne suffit plus. \u00ab En tant que d\u00e9taillant, vous devez penser en termes de sc\u00e9narios \u00bb, dit-il. Une reprise mod\u00e9r\u00e9e et un nouveau sc\u00e9nario catastrophe restent tous deux possibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La flexibilit\u00e9 devient donc une comp\u00e9tence strat\u00e9gique essentielle, mais cela augmente encore la pression sur les d\u00e9taillants. Ils doivent investir dans l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience, la durabilit\u00e9 et la num\u00e9risation, alors que les marges sont d\u00e9j\u00e0 en baisse. \u00ab Il faut avoir une vision et une strat\u00e9gie, mais cela n\u00e9cessite des moyens. Or, lorsque les affaires vont moins bien, ces moyens sont justement plus rares \u00bb, explique Van Ossel. Il devient alors particuli\u00e8rement important de fixer des priorit\u00e9s sans perdre de vue l&rsquo;avenir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le dimanche red\u00e9finit les r\u00e8gles du jeu<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;un des changements les plus visibles en 2025 a \u00e9t\u00e9 la normalisation de l&rsquo;ouverture dominicale des magasins. Maintenant <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/accord-conclu-carrefour-ouvrira-ses-magasins-egalement-le-dimanche\/\">que <strong>Carrefour <\/strong>franchit \u00e9galement le pas<\/a>, le secteur approche d&rsquo;un point de basculement, selon Van Ossel. \u00ab Les seuls magasins qui <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/ouverture-dominicale-colruyt-aldi-et-lidl-nont-pas-lintention-de-suivre-lexemple-de-carrefour\/\">resteront ferm\u00e9s le dimanche<\/a> sont les discounters. \u00bb Le nombre de consommateurs qui font leurs courses principales le dimanche augmente de mani\u00e8re structurelle, en particulier chez les familles avec enfants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette \u00e9volution <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/food\/analyse-les-recettes-eprouvees-ne-permettront-pas-a-colruyt-group-de-sortir-de-lorniere\/\">met la pression sur des acteurs tels que Colruyt<\/a>, m\u00eame si Van Ossel ne consid\u00e8re pas <strong>Colruyt<\/strong> \u00ab comme une entreprise en difficult\u00e9, mais comme une entreprise en transition \u00bb. En se s\u00e9parant de ses activit\u00e9s en France, du non-alimentaire et des formules d\u00e9ficitaires, le groupe se d\u00e9barrasse d&rsquo;un poids et se recentre \u00e0 Halle sur sa promesse fondamentale : le prix le plus bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Selon Van Ossel, l&rsquo;autonomisation des magasins conduit toutefois \u00e0 une convergence remarquable en mati\u00e8re de qualit\u00e9. Les supermarch\u00e9s collaborent de plus en plus souvent avec des bouchers et des boulangers sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s. \u00ab La diff\u00e9rence entre la qualit\u00e9 des magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s et celle des supermarch\u00e9s s&rsquo;est r\u00e9duite ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es \u00bb, explique-t-il. Dans le m\u00eame temps, le nombre de magasins sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s classiques diminue. Le march\u00e9 cherche un nouvel \u00e9quilibre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Le commerce \u00e9lectronique sans euphorie de croissance<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le march\u00e9 du commerce \u00e9lectronique continue de cro\u00eetre, mais il ne conna\u00eet plus la dynamique \u00e0 deux chiffres d&rsquo;avant la crise du coronavirus. \u00ab Le c\u00f4t\u00e9 spectaculaire a disparu \u00bb, conclut Van Ossel. M\u00eame la r\u00e9volution promise par <strong>Amazon <\/strong>en Belgique semble ne pas se concr\u00e9tiser. Cela va-t-il changer maintenant que le g\u00e9ant am\u00e9ricain du commerce \u00e9lectronique investit <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/general\/amazon-investit-1-milliard-dans-lacceleration-des-livraisons-en-belgique\/\">un milliard d&rsquo;euros dans la livraison<\/a> le jour m\u00eame ? \u00ab Je me demande combien de non-membres souscriront \u00e0 un abonnement Prime payant pour cela. <strong>Bol<\/strong> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/general\/la-part-de-marche-de-bol-augmente-malgre-la-concurrence-damazon\/\">r\u00e9siste d&rsquo;ailleurs remarquablement bien<\/a>, notamment gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 ses nombreux partenaires locaux. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Van Ossel souligne toutefois l&rsquo;arriv\u00e9e imminente de <strong>TikTok Shop<\/strong>, surtout comme moyen <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/algemeen\/tiktok-shop-van-start-in-duitsland-en-frankrijk-wat-kunnen-retailers-verwachten\/\">d&rsquo;atteindre les jeunes consommateurs<\/a>. Selon lui, il est int\u00e9ressant de noter que TikTok travaille principalement avec des partenaires locaux, offrant ainsi des opportunit\u00e9s aux d\u00e9taillants europ\u00e9ens, contrairement \u00e0 d&rsquo;autres plateformes chinoises telles que <strong>Temu et <\/strong> <strong>Shein<\/strong>. \u00ab Elles constituent une menace car elles importent principalement de Chine et il n&rsquo;y a pas de conditions de concurrence \u00e9quitables. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/general\/leurope-va-prelever-une-taxe-de-3-euros-sur-les-petits-colis-issus-du-commerce-electronique\/\">taxe europ\u00e9enne sur les colis bon march\u00e9 provenant de pays hors UE<\/a> permettra-t-elle d&rsquo;\u00e9galiser les chances ? Elle aura surtout un impact sur les produits extr\u00eamement bon march\u00e9 : \u00ab payer 5 euros pour un article qui co\u00fbte 2 euros est fondamentalement diff\u00e9rent de payer 69 euros pour un article qui co\u00fbte 66 euros \u00bb. \u2013 mais Van Ossel estime plus importante la volont\u00e9 croissante de l&rsquo;Union europ\u00e9enne d&rsquo;intervenir \u00e9galement dans d&rsquo;autres domaines, tels que la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des produits, la protection des consommateurs et la vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Belgique, la faisabilit\u00e9 pratique des nouvelles r\u00e8gles de TVA sur les repas \u00e0 emporter reste une question ouverte. \u00ab Dans la pratique, ce n&rsquo;est pas \u00e9vident \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Van Ossel. Outre l&rsquo;instabilit\u00e9 g\u00e9opolitique et la pression sur le pouvoir d&rsquo;achat, les changements r\u00e9glementaires pr\u00e9vus en 2026 ne promettent donc pas d&rsquo;apporter beaucoup de tranquillit\u00e9.
