Montrez ce que vous avez \u00e0 offrir<\/h2>\n<p>Offrez au client un catalogue complet, tant online que dans votre magasin physique. Songez donc \u00e0 installer un kiosque \u00e9lectronique dans votre magasin, o\u00f9 le client pourra commander des articles qui ne sont plus en stock dans votre point de vente ou qui ne sont disponibles qu\u2019en linge. Ceci vous permettra d\u2019\u00e9largir votre offre en magasin sans frais de stock suppl\u00e9mentaires et d\u2019augmenter vos possibilit\u00e9s de g\u00e9n\u00e9rer du chiffre d\u2019affaires.<\/p>\n<h2>\n2. Visez le confort\u00a0 du client<\/h2>\n<p>Utilisez la technologie afin de faciliter au maximum le shopping du client. Envisagez des syst\u00e8mes de paiement rapides, notamment en libre-service pour \u00e9viter les files d\u2019attente \u00e0 la caisse ou encore le paiement sans contact par NFC (near field communication).
