{"id":14069,"date":"2016-07-01T19:46:22","date_gmt":"2016-07-01T19:46:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/beaute-soins\/extra-explore-le-marche-flamand-et-double-son-centre-de-distribution-2\/"},"modified":"2016-07-01T19:46:22","modified_gmt":"2016-07-01T19:46:22","slug":"extra-explore-le-marche-flamand-et-double-son-centre-de-distribution-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/beaute-soins\/extra-explore-le-marche-flamand-et-double-son-centre-de-distribution-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Extra explore le march\u00e9 flamand et double son centre de distribution"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Le groupe <strong>Extra <\/strong>va\u00a0agrandir son centre de distribution \u00e0 Zwevelgem.\u00a0Cette extension\u00a0doit permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise de faire face \u00e0\u00a0sa future\u00a0expansion, en particulier\u00a0vers la Flandre.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>De 25 \u00e0 50 magasins<\/h2>\n<p>A l\u2019heure actuelle, Extra compte 25 magasins en Wallonie et vend surtout des produits d\u2019entretien et des produits cosm\u00e9tiques.\u00a0 Elle les r\u00e9cup\u00e8re des surplus de stocks des fabricants, ce qui lui permet de proposer des prix plus avantageux.\u00a0 D\u2019ici fin 2017, l\u2019entreprise souhaite \u00e9tendre son r\u00e9seau commercial \u00e0 35 magasins.\u00a0 Trois ans plus tard, elle devrait compter cinquante points de vente.<\/p>\n<p>\nL\u2019entreprise n\u2019est pas encore pr\u00e9sente en Flandre sous sa propre appellation, mais elle y explore quand m\u00eame le march\u00e9.\u00a0 Il y a quelques mois, elle a ouvert un magasin \u00e0 Wevelgem sous l\u2019enseigne Flash.\u00a0 Elle y examine comment adapter l\u2019offre des magasins wallons aux attentes des clients flamands.\u00a0 En octobre, un second magasin test ouvrira ses portes \u00e0 Roeselare.\u00a0 Un d\u00e9ploiement plus large se fera dans deux ou trois ans, lorsque tout sera au point.\u00a0 L\u2019appellation Flash sera alors chang\u00e9e en Extra.<\/p>\n<h2>\nUne capacit\u00e9 doubl\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>\u00a0\u00ab Si nous arrivons \u00e0 nous d\u00e9velopper selon les plans, notre centre de distribution ne disposera plus de suffisamment de capacit\u00e9s d\u2019ici 2019 \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le dirigeant d\u2019Extra, Stephan Lesage.\u00a0 C\u2019est pour cette raison qu\u2019il est pr\u00e9vu de construire une extension \u00e0 c\u00f4t\u00e9 de l\u2019actuel centre de distribution \u00e0 Zwevegem, ce qui permettra de doubler notre capacit\u00e9 actuelle de 10.000 m\u00b2.<\/p>\n<p>\nLe nouveau complexe devra \u00eatre termin\u00e9 fin 2018 et repr\u00e9sente un investissement de 7 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n<p>\nVous en saurez davantage sur les projets d\u2019Extra en lisant l\u2019interview de Stephan Lesage dans le magazine RetailDetail qui para\u00eetra au mois de septembre.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Le groupe Extra va\u00a0agrandir son centre de distribution \u00e0 Zwevelgem.\u00a0Cette extension\u00a0doit permettre \u00e0 l&rsquo;entreprise de faire face \u00e0\u00a0sa future\u00a0expansion, en particulier\u00a0vers la Flandre.
