Le groupe a franchi le cap des 5 milliards de francs suisses de chiffre d\u2019affaires durant les trois premiers trimestres de son exercice fiscal d\u00e9cal\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>1,38 million de tonnes de chocolat<\/h2>\n<p>Ces neuf derniers mois Barry Callebaut a vendu un volume spectaculaire de 1,38 million de tonnes de chocolat, soit<a href=\"https:\/\/www.barry-callebaut.com\/sites\/default\/files\/publications\/prr_9_month_fy2015_16_en_final.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> une croissance en termes de volume de 4,2%<\/a> par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode un an plus t\u00f4t. Une sacr\u00e9e performance, sachant que le march\u00e9 mondial de la confiserie a chut\u00e9 de 2%.<\/p>\n<p>\nLe chiffre d\u2019affaires total\u00a0 a progress\u00e9 de 7,8% \u00e0 5,1 milliards de francs suisses (4,71 milliards d\u2019euros). En devises locales, il est question d\u2019une croissance de 11,4%. Une offre de produits am\u00e9lior\u00e9e avec des marges plus \u00e9lev\u00e9es et la hausse des prix des ingr\u00e9dients sont \u00e0 la base de ce r\u00e9sultat. Barry Callebaut affiche une belle croissance dans toutes les r\u00e9gions : +7,7% dans la zone Europe, Moyen-Orient et Afrique, +10% en Am\u00e9rique et +13% dans la zone Asie-Oc\u00e9an Pacifique.<\/p>\n<p>\nPour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019exercice (qui se terminera fin ao\u00fbt) le management s\u2019attend \u00e0 une croissance en termes de volume comprise entre 4 et 6%, bien que \u00ab les circonstances \u00e9conomiques \u00e0 court terme soient difficiles \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise le CEO Antoine de Saint-Affrique. C\u2019est pourquoi Barry Callebaut poursuit sa strat\u00e9gie consistant \u00e0 c\u00e9der ses activit\u00e9s moins rentables.
