Les options saines seront mieux mises en avant dans l&rsquo;application et dans les magasins, notamment pr\u00e8s des caisses. Le distributeur lance \u00e9galement des en-cas plus sains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Encourager des choix plus sains<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Trente magasins Albert Heijn aux Pays-Bas testent actuellement un r\u00e9am\u00e9nagement de la zone des caisses. Dans une premi\u00e8re variante, on trouve exclusivement des produits sains tels que de l\u2019eau, des fruits, des l\u00e9gumes \u00e0 grignoter et des noix non grill\u00e9es. Une deuxi\u00e8me variante propose des produits ayant un Nutri-Score A ou B. Une troisi\u00e8me se concentre sur les produits non alimentaires. Apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;\u00e9valuation du projet pilote, le distributeur d\u00e9cidera de la forme que prendra l&rsquo;espace des caisses afin d&rsquo;encourager des choix plus sains dans tous les magasins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cette initiative s&rsquo;inscrit dans un plan plus large visant \u00e0 promouvoir des options plus saines. Albert Heijn souhaite que 45 % des kilos vendus rel\u00e8vent du \u00ab Schijf van Vijf \u00bb d&rsquo;ici 2030, et m\u00eame 50 % d&rsquo;ici 2040. L&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, ce chiffre \u00e9tait de 40 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Innovations en mati\u00e8re de produits plus sains<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>D&rsquo;autres tests sont en cours : dans 100 magasins, des produits sains sont mis en avant. La cha\u00eene de supermarch\u00e9s \u00e9tudie ainsi l&rsquo;effet de cette mesure sur le comportement d&rsquo;achat des clients et v\u00e9rifie si cela les aide \u00e0 choisir plus souvent des produits s&rsquo;inscrivant dans un r\u00e9gime alimentaire sain. Dans l&rsquo;application AH, les utilisateurs peuvent trier les produits en fonction de leurs valeurs nutritionnelles telles que le sucre, les calories, les prot\u00e9ines et les glucides, et il existe une option de filtrage sp\u00e9cifique pour les produits qui s&rsquo;inscrivent dans le \u00ab Schijf van Vijf \u00bb (<em>comparable \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9pi alimentaire en Wallonie, red.<\/em>).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De plus, Albert Heijn \u00e9largit son offre avec plus de 250 innovations de produits plus sains, dont des en-cas. Ceux-ci doivent \u00e9galement rester abordables : l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, 552 \u00ab Prijsfavorieten \u00bb (<em>produits de base \u00e0 prix accessibles<\/em>) s&rsquo;inscrivaient dans le cadre du \u00ab Schijf van Vijf \u00bb. Le nombre de \u00ab Prijsfavorieten \u00bb ayant un Nutri-Score A ou B a augment\u00e9 de plus de 20 % l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, passant de 569 \u00e0 687. Les recettes sont \u00e9galement adapt\u00e9es. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cela, les clients d&rsquo;Albert Heijn ont consomm\u00e9 53 459 kg de sel en moins, 325 528 kg de graisses satur\u00e9es en moins et 124 millions de morceaux de sucre en moins par rapport \u00e0 l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e pr\u00e9c\u00e9dente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La transition prot\u00e9ique ralentit<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La part du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires des produits de marque propre affichant un Nutri-Score A ou B s&rsquo;\u00e9levait \u00e0 49,1 % l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re, selon le rapport d&rsquo;impact d&rsquo;Albert Heijn qui vient d&rsquo;\u00eatre publi\u00e9. La part du chiffre d&rsquo;affaires des fruits et l\u00e9gumes biologiques a atteint 10,8 %, ce qui signifie que l&rsquo;objectif de 10 % fix\u00e9 pour 2030 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9t\u00e9 atteint. Le nombre de produits v\u00e9g\u00e9taux sous la marque maison AH Terra est pass\u00e9 \u00e0 351. L&rsquo;objectif d&rsquo;atteindre une part de prot\u00e9ines de 60 % d&rsquo;ici 2030 est toutefois encore loin d&rsquo;\u00eatre atteint : le pourcentage de prot\u00e9ines v\u00e9g\u00e9tales est rest\u00e9 stable \u00e0 42,2 % en 2025. D&rsquo;autres d\u00e9taillants constatent d&rsquo;ailleurs \u00e9galement un ralentissement dans ce domaine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le distributeur a toutefois continu\u00e9 \u00e0 r\u00e9duire ses \u00e9missions de CO2e l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Les \u00e9missions de scope 1 et 2 (dans ses propres op\u00e9rations) \u00e9taient en 2025 inf\u00e9rieures de 89,5 % \u00e0 celles de 2018, ce qui, selon le distributeur, lui permet d&rsquo;\u00eatre en bonne voie pour atteindre la neutralit\u00e9 carbone en 2040. L&rsquo;objectif de -50 % en 2030 a \u00e9t\u00e9 largement atteint. Les \u00e9missions de Scope 3 ont baiss\u00e9 de 3,7 % en 2025.
