Le d\u00e9taillant souhaiterait reporter sans int\u00e9r\u00eats le paiement des loyers d&rsquo;avril et de septembre et ne les r\u00e9gler qu&rsquo;en avril et octobre 2027. La cha\u00eene de grands magasins n&rsquo;aurait, dans plusieurs cas, pas encore pay\u00e9 le loyer d&rsquo;avril.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tous les propri\u00e9taires de magasins ne semblent pas dispos\u00e9s \u00e0 acc\u00e9der \u00e0 cette demande : \u00ab Nous avons refus\u00e9 le report, car apr\u00e8s trois faillites, nous avons quelque peu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.lebensmittelzeitung.net\/handel\/nachrichten\/-galeria-bittet-vermieter-um-stundung-von-mieten-190550\">perdu confiance dans la p\u00e9rennit\u00e9 du concept<\/a> \u00bb, d\u00e9clare un bailleur au journal. Galeria ne souhaite pas fournir d&rsquo;informations sur les discussions ou n\u00e9gociations en cours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Il semble toutefois clair que l&rsquo;entreprise se trouve \u00e0 nouveau en difficult\u00e9 financi\u00e8re apr\u00e8s les trois faillites des six derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Au cours de l&rsquo;exercice 2024\/25, Galeria \u00e9tait encore rentable sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel avec un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires d&rsquo;environ 2 milliards d&rsquo;euros, mais les chiffres d&rsquo;affaires enregistr\u00e9s depuis le 1er octobre sont inf\u00e9rieurs aux pr\u00e9visions.
