Parall\u00e8lement, la maison de couture recherche un nouveau partenaire, conform\u00e9ment \u00e0 la volont\u00e9 de son fondateur, Giorgio Armani.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Changement de cap<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de la marque Armani a baiss\u00e9 de 2,8 % pour s&rsquo;\u00e9tablir \u00e0 2,19 milliards d&rsquo;euros, tandis que le chiffre d&rsquo;affaires total \u2013 partenaires sous licence compris \u2013 est rest\u00e9 bloqu\u00e9 \u00e0 4 milliards d&rsquo;euros. Le PDG Giuseppe Marsocci souligne un changement structurel dans la fa\u00e7on dont les consommateurs per\u00e7oivent le luxe. \u00ab Nous constatons un changement dans l\u2019approche du luxe et de la mode tant chez les acheteurs actuels que potentiels \u00bb, d\u00e9clare Marsocci. \u00ab Nous devons prendre cela au s\u00e9rieux. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Les premiers mois de 2026 pr\u00e9sentent \u00e9galement le m\u00eame tableau, avec notamment les effets des taux de change qui continuent de peser sur les r\u00e9sultats. Armani est loin d\u2019\u00eatre le seul concern\u00e9 : des concurrents tels que <strong>LVMH <\/strong>et <strong>Kering <\/strong>sont confront\u00e9s<strong> <\/strong>depuis un certain temps \u00e0 une baisse de la demande, tandis que m\u00eame <strong>Herm\u00e8s \u2013 <\/strong>habituellement un mod\u00e8le de r\u00e9silience \u2013 montre des signes de ralentissement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Qu&rsquo;en est-il de l&rsquo;h\u00e9ritage de Giorgio Armani ?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Il y a toutefois aussi de bonnes nouvelles : la rentabilit\u00e9 s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e. L\u2019EBITDA a augment\u00e9 de 3,2 % pour atteindre 152,7 millions d\u2019euros, tandis que le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice d\u2019exploitation a progress\u00e9 de 2 % pour s\u2019\u00e9tablir \u00e0 52,6 millions d\u2019euros. Armani a d\u00e9lib\u00e9r\u00e9ment privil\u00e9gi\u00e9 la qualit\u00e9 \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9, et le profit \u00e0 la croissance. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depuis le d\u00e9c\u00e8s du fondateur Giorgio Armani en septembre dernier, la question cruciale est en effet de savoir qui rach\u00e8tera une partie de l\u2019entreprise. Ses h\u00e9ritiers ont re\u00e7u pour mission de vendre une participation minoritaire de 15 %, avec une \u00e9ventuelle extension ult\u00e9rieure.
