Adventure <\/strong>et <strong>Made.com<\/strong>, digital marketeer Carole Lamarque et DRH J\u00e9r\u00f4me Caille ; les 3 duos de choc pr\u00e9sents au RetailDetail Day 2016.\u00a0 Avec leurs diff\u00e9rences, ils se renvoient pourtant leur propre image, selon Gino Van Ossel.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Comment faire la diff\u00e9rence aujourd\u2019hui ?<\/h2>\n<p>Trois couples hors du commun, c\u2019est ainsi qu\u2019on peut d\u00e9crire les <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/events\/retaildetailday2016%20uitreikingcategoriewinnaars\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">six orateurs qui seront pr\u00e9sents au RetailDetail Day <\/a>qui aura lieu le 22 septembre.\u00a0 Le pr\u00e9sident de l\u2019\u00e9v\u00e9nement, Gino Van Ossel, explique pourquoi il les a choisis.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0\u00ab Le plus grand d\u00e9nominateur commun cette ann\u00e9e : ce sont toutes des entreprises \u00e0 succ\u00e8s, qui progressent malgr\u00e9 la situation du march\u00e9 difficile.\u00a0 En ces temps sombres, nous voulons accentuer le fait que les choses peuvent \u00eatre diff\u00e9rentes, que certains retailers enregistrent de tr\u00e8s bons r\u00e9sultats, et ce sur des march\u00e9s et dans des secteurs qui sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents, \u00bb pr\u00e9cise le professeur de marketing Gino Van Ossel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>D\u2019o\u00f9 le choix conscient des quatre retailers tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rents, qui chacun, \u00e0 sa fa\u00e7on, arrive \u00e0 maintenir la croissance.\u00a0 La question centrale est la suivante : comment font-ils la diff\u00e9rence ?<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nLe march\u00e9 en ligne face aux grands magasins\u00a0 physiques<\/h2>\n<p>Le premier duo sera compos\u00e9 du retailer en ligne chinois Alibaba et du groupe de grands magasins canadien Hudson\u2019s Bay.\u00a0 M\u00eame s\u2019ils sont totalement diff\u00e9rents, ils renvoient leur propre image \u00e0 l\u2019autre, selon Gino Van Ossel.\u00a0 Ce sont tous les deux de grands retailers horizontaux, l\u2019un online et l\u2019autre offline.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00a0\u00ab Alibaba est \u00e9galement un grand magasin, mais qui ne poss\u00e8de pas de magasins physiques.\u00a0 Le march\u00e9 online d\u2019Alibaba est un g\u00e9ant mondial, surtout gr\u00e2ce au gigantesque march\u00e9 int\u00e9rieur qu\u2019est la Chine.\u00a0 Aujourd\u2019hui, l\u2019e-tailer va m\u00eame concurrencer des retailers traditionnels comme Hudson\u2019s Bay, par exemple. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Ainsi, ils renvoient leur propre image \u00e0 l\u2019autre.\u00a0 \u00ab Hudson\u2019s Bay est la preuve vivante qu\u2019il existe encore toujours des opportunit\u00e9s pour les retailers traditionnels, m\u00eame dans des secteurs aussi traditionnels et classiques que les grands magasins.\u00a0 Le 22 septembre, nous allons mettre l\u2019ancien et le nouveau l\u2019un en face de l\u2019autre. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nChapeau aussi au Belge qui a su r\u00e9aliser cela : Olivier Van den Bossche, originaire de Flandre, se trouve \u00e0 la t\u00eate de Hudson\u2019s Bay Europe.\u00a0 \u00ab C\u2019est toujours impressionnant lorsqu\u2019un Belge r\u00e9ussit \u00e0 construire une telle carri\u00e8re internationale \u00bb, pr\u00e9cise Gino Van Ossel avec fiert\u00e9.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nUne valeur s\u00fbre face au perturbateur online<\/h2>\n<p>Le second duo est compos\u00e9 d\u2019un autre Belge qui se fait remarquer.\u00a0 Lors du RetaiDetail Day, la cha\u00eene de loisirs ext\u00e9rieurs A.S. Adventure se trouvera face au vendeur de meubles en ligne Made.com.\u00a0 \u00ab A.S. Adventure reste une valeur tr\u00e8s s\u00fbre dans notre pays, mais peu de gens savent que l\u2019entreprise est en train de s\u2019\u00e9tendre \u00e0 l\u2019international \u00bb, affirme Van Ossel.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Apr\u00e8s une p\u00e9riode difficile, A.S. Adventure rencontre \u00e0 nouveau le succ\u00e8s : suite \u00e0 une premi\u00e8re phase avec principalement de nouveaux propri\u00e9taires et un nouveau management, le retailer mise fortement sur l\u2019omnichannel et l\u2019expansion.\u00a0 Le retailer \u2018classique\u2019 joue m\u00eame la carte de l\u2019innovation et du jeune entreprenariat, entre autre gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa nouvelle filiale Juttu.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gino Van Ossel : \u00ab Made.com est un perturbateur online britannique qui souhaite innover le secteur du meuble, gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 sa cha\u00eene courte et \u00e0 une vente purement web.\u00a0 Compl\u00e8tement \u00e0 l\u2019oppos\u00e9 de ce que fait A.S. Adventure, mais les deux entreprises forment quand m\u00eame une belle paire : elles disposent toutes les deux d\u2019une approche omnichannel tr\u00e8s claire. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Made.com travaille notamment avec des showrooms de meubles o\u00f9 il n\u2019est pas possible d\u2019acheter, mais o\u00f9 les gens profitent d\u2019une exp\u00e9rience interactive, alors qu\u2019A.S.
