L&rsquo;entreprise souhaite se concentrer sur ses moteurs de croissance que sont Wrangler et Helly Hansen, rachet\u00e9s en 2025. \u00ab Nous voulons consacrer nos ressources l\u00e0 o\u00f9 nous pouvons avoir le plus d&rsquo;impact \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 un porte-parole de Kontoor. La vente de Lee s&rsquo;inscrit dans cette logique : la marque affichait des performances moins bonnes que les autres marques du portefeuille.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Au premier trimestre 2026, Kontoor a enregistr\u00e9 un chiffre d&rsquo;affaires de 808 millions de dollars (747 millions d&rsquo;euros), dont 613 millions provenaient de Wrangler et Helly Hansen. Cela repr\u00e9sente une hausse de 45 % par rapport \u00e0 la m\u00eame p\u00e9riode l&rsquo;ann\u00e9e derni\u00e8re. Wrangler a affich\u00e9 une croissance de 4 % de son chiffre d&rsquo;affaires, avec une solide performance \u00e0 l&rsquo;international (+20 %). Lee n&rsquo;a contribu\u00e9 qu&rsquo;\u00e0 hauteur de 195 millions de dollars (180 millions d&rsquo;euros) au chiffre d&rsquo;affaires total.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">ABG se concentre sur les acquisitions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour l&rsquo;acqu\u00e9reur Authentic Brands Group, cette acquisition marque une nouvelle \u00e9tape dans l&rsquo;\u00e9largissement de son portefeuille de marques. ABG, qui d\u00e9tient d\u00e9j\u00e0 notamment Reebok, Champion et Brooks Brothers, a annonc\u00e9 la semaine derni\u00e8re son intention d&rsquo;entrer en bourse dans les douze prochains mois. Le groupe a nomm\u00e9 \u00e0 cette fin un nouveau directeur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral issu de Wall Street.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Le fondateur et actuel PDG Jamie Salter souhaite ainsi pouvoir se consacrer \u00e0 100 % aux acquisitions, dont Lee est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un premier exemple. \u00ab Lee est une <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/transactional\/kontoor-sell-lee-denim-brand-reebok-owner-authentic-up-1-billion-deal-2026-05-21\/\">marque embl\u00e9matique dot\u00e9e d\u2019une histoire riche<\/a> et <a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/legal\/transactional\/kontoor-sell-lee-denim-brand-reebok-owner-authentic-up-1-billion-deal-2026-05-21\/\">d\u2019<\/a> une position solide sur le march\u00e9 du denim \u00bb, a d\u00e9clar\u00e9 Salter. \u00ab Nous voyons de nombreuses opportunit\u00e9s pour poursuivre la croissance de la marque, tant aux \u00c9tats-Unis qu\u2019\u00e0 l\u2019international. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La transaction devrait \u00eatre finalis\u00e9e au cours du second semestre 2026, sous r\u00e9serve de l&rsquo;approbation des autorit\u00e9s de r\u00e9gulation.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>La marque am\u00e9ricaine de jeans Lee change de propri\u00e9taire.
