Pour l\u2019instant le supermarch\u00e9 reste le canal retail dominant, mais les acteurs en ligne ont l\u2019ambition de changer les choses : quatre mod\u00e8les \u00e0 tenir \u00e0 l\u2019\u0153il.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Picnic livre gratuitement<\/h2>\n<p>Le concept de supermarch\u00e9 en ligne <strong>Picnic <\/strong>a fait ses d\u00e9buts en septembre 2015 \u00e0 Amersfoort aux Pays-Bas. Les consommateurs peuvent commander leurs courses via une appli, jusqu\u2019\u00e0 11 heures de soir. Ensuite les commandes sont\u00a0 transmises et durant la nuit les fournisseurs de produits frais livrent leur marchandise dans le centre de distribution central \u00e0 Nijkerk. Une fois les commandes pr\u00eates, elles sont exp\u00e9di\u00e9es vers des plateformes locales, o\u00f9 elles sont charg\u00e9es dans des camionnettes \u00e9lectriques r\u00e9frig\u00e9r\u00e9es, qui livrent les courses \u00e0 domicile, g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement tous les jours de la semaine, \u00e0 heures fixes. Les consommateurs peuvent m\u00eame suivre les fourgonnettes sur l\u2019\u00e9cran de leur smartphone.<\/p>\n<p>\nPicnic s\u2019engage \u00e0 offrir le prix le plus bas : tant pour les marques A que pour les marques maison et le frais. Picnic s\u2019approvisionne via Boni, membre de l\u2019organisation d\u2019achat Superunie. Picnic se d\u00e9veloppe de ville en ville. Pour l\u2019instant le service est d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponible \u00e0 Almere, Amersfoort, Leusden, Soest et Utrecht.<\/p>\n<h2>\nAmazonFresh se rapproche<\/h2>\n<p><strong>AmazonFresh<\/strong> est le service de courses en ligne du g\u00e9ant du e-commerce Amazon et ne peut donc \u00eatre qualifi\u00e9 de start-up au sens propre du terme. Malgr\u00e9 son nom, l\u2019alimentation fra\u00eeche ne repr\u00e9sente qu\u2019une partie limit\u00e9e de son offre. AmazonFresh grandit progressivement et est actuellement pr\u00e9sent dans une dizaine de r\u00e9gions am\u00e9ricaines. Un abonnement co\u00fbte 299 dollars (200 dollars pour les membres Prime) et la livraison est gratuite \u00e0 partir de 40 dollars.<\/p>\n<p>\nDepuis le mois de juin le service est \u00e9galement disponible \u00e0 Londres. D\u2019autres villes europ\u00e9ennes devraient suivre prochainement. Une menace ? Une chose est s\u00fbre, AmazonFresh attise la concurrence : la livraison dans l\u2019heure y devient la norme, un cauchemar logistique tr\u00e8s co\u00fbteux. Mais Amazon a les moyens et ne manque pas de patience \u2026<\/p>\n<h2>\nOcado, le pionnier<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Ocado<\/strong> est un \u2018pure player\u2019 britannique : l\u2019organisation ne dispose pas de magasins et livre \u00e0 domicile depuis 2002. Au d\u00e9part les commandes ne pouvaient \u00eatre pass\u00e9es que via le webshop, mais depuis 2009 \u00e9galement via une appli. L\u2019entreprise est cot\u00e9e \u00e0 la bourse depuis 2010. Ocado livre des produits de marque (achet\u00e9 chez Waitrose) et des produits sous marque propre. Par ailleurs l\u2019e-tailer a un accord avec\u00a0 <strong>Carrefour<\/strong> pour la distribution de produits fran\u00e7ais sur le march\u00e9 britannique. Ocado offre une garantie du frais et applique des prix serr\u00e9s, comparables \u00e0 ceux de <strong>Tesco<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>\nLes co\u00fbts de livraison sont compris entre 2.99 et 6.99 livres sterling, en fonction du montant et de l\u2019heure de livraison. Le mercredi le service est gratuit. L\u2019entreprise couvre la majeure partie de l\u2019Angleterre et du Pays de Galles depuis 22 centres de distribution hautement automatis\u00e9s. Par ailleurs Ocado veut vendre la technologie de ces plateformes \u00e0 d\u2019autres retailers. A noter que <strong>Procter &amp; Gamble <\/strong>a pris une participation de 1% dans l\u2019entreprise.<\/p>\n<h2>\nShoppers personnels chez Instacart<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Instacart<\/strong> est une sorte d\u2019Uber pour les courses : des shoppers personnels retirent votre commande dans le magasin de votre choix et vous livre votre sac de courses \u00e0 domicile le jour-m\u00eame. Le service est disponible dans une vingtaine de r\u00e9gions am\u00e9ricaines dans un nombre limit\u00e9 de cha\u00eene de supermarch\u00e9s, dont Harris Teeter, Publix, Food Lion, Costco, BJ\u2019s et Whole Foods. La livraison co\u00fbte 3,99 dollars (pour une livraison \u00e0 partir de 35 dollars) et l\u2019abonnement 99 dollars par an.<\/p>\n<p>\nL\u2019appli contient une multitude d\u2019algorithmes judicieux pour optimaliser les livraisons et offrir aux clients des services suppl\u00e9mentaires (notamment des conseils de recettes ou de r\u00e9gimes). Instacart ne repr\u00e9sente pas une r\u00e9elle menace pour les supermarch\u00e9s, puisque les coursiers font leurs courses dans un magasin physique du quartier, tout comme n\u2019importe quel client.
