Les plus jeunes consommateurs recherchent l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience et le sens : le shopping doit \u00eatre pratique, mais aussi cr\u00e9er des liens, surprendre et laisser des souvenirs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Des achats alliant objectif et exp\u00e9rience<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Le comportement d&rsquo;achat des jeunes varie fortement selon les situations : 83 % d\u00e9clarent parfois rechercher avant tout l&rsquo;efficacit\u00e9, et d&rsquo;autres fois vouloir fl\u00e2ner et d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles choses. Bien que 75 % souhaitent avant tout obtenir rapidement et facilement ce qu&rsquo;ils veulent, la composante \u00e9motionnelle et sociale continue de peser lourdement dans leur comportement d&rsquo;achat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>C&rsquo;est ce qui ressort d&rsquo;une \u00e9tude men\u00e9e par Snapchat et Portas, en collaboration avec YouGov, aupr\u00e8s de 2 058 consommateurs de la G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z. L&rsquo;\u00e9tude dresse le portrait d&rsquo;une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui a grandi dans un monde num\u00e9rique \u00e0 la demande, mais qui est en m\u00eame temps confront\u00e9e \u00e0 l&rsquo;incertitude \u00e9conomique. De ce fait, le shopping \u00e9volue de simples transactions vers des moments qui forgent l&rsquo;identit\u00e9, cr\u00e9ent des liens et m\u00e9ritent d&rsquo;\u00eatre conserv\u00e9s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">L&rsquo;achat comme processus collectif<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z prend de plus en plus souvent ses d\u00e9cisions d&rsquo;achat au sein de son propre cercle. Les discussions priv\u00e9es et les amiti\u00e9s \u00e9troites remplacent les publications publiques comme lieu o\u00f9 l&rsquo;on d\u00e9couvre des produits, \u00e9change des opinions et valide ses choix. 83 % envoient des photos ou des vid\u00e9os \u00e0 leurs amis ou \u00e0 leur famille lorsqu&rsquo;ils envisagent un achat, avant m\u00eame de l&rsquo;effectuer. Pr\u00e8s de la moiti\u00e9 a d\u00e9j\u00e0 achet\u00e9 quelque chose apr\u00e8s l&rsquo;avoir partag\u00e9 dans une discussion de groupe et avoir re\u00e7u des r\u00e9actions positives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mais le shopping lui-m\u00eame est parfois simplement une activit\u00e9 sociale, pour passer du temps ensemble (59 %), et non pour acheter quelque chose. 42 % des personnes interrog\u00e9es affirment que passer du temps avec des amis ou de la famille les motive \u00e0 se rendre dans des magasins physiques. Le shopping devient ainsi une exp\u00e9rience partag\u00e9e, o\u00f9 les recommandations comptent et o\u00f9 les d\u00e9cisions sont prises ensemble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Magasin physique, exp\u00e9rience physique<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Pour la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z, l\u2019espace de vente reste crucial : 75 % se rendent en magasin pour voir ou essayer les produits en vrai et 71 % accordent de l\u2019importance au fait de voir, toucher et essayer en magasin. 58 % aiment prendre leur temps et d\u00e9couvrir de nouvelles choses pendant leurs achats, et 63 % ont achet\u00e9 quelque chose principalement pour l\u2019exp\u00e9rience qui l\u2019entoure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>L&rsquo;hypoth\u00e8se de la satisfaction imm\u00e9diate est \u00e9galement nuanc\u00e9e. 61 % sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 faire la queue plus de 15 minutes pour quelque chose qu&rsquo;ils veulent vraiment, l&rsquo;attente renfor\u00e7ant la valeur \u00e9motionnelle de l&rsquo;exp\u00e9rience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">La g\u00e9n\u00e9ration et l&rsquo;\u00e9conomie Memento<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab La G\u00e9n\u00e9ration Z a grandi dans un monde \u00e0 la demande, elle s&rsquo;attend donc \u00e0 la commodit\u00e9. Mais notre \u00e9tude montre qu&rsquo;il se passe quelque chose de plus profond sur le plan culturel \u00bb, explique Rachel Levy, responsable du commerce de d\u00e9tail, du lifestyle et des produits de grande consommation chez Snap UK. \u00ab Le shopping est de moins en moins une question d\u2019accumulation et de plus en plus une question de sens, de d\u00e9couverte et de lien social. C\u2019est ce que nous appelons la g\u00e9n\u00e9ration Memento : une g\u00e9n\u00e9ration qui cr\u00e9e de la valeur sociale non pas par la possession ou la performance, mais par des moments, des souvenirs et des exp\u00e9riences partag\u00e9s qui semblent authentiques. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00ab Ce \u00e0 quoi nous assistons, c\u2019est l\u2019\u00e9conomie du souvenir. Il ne s\u2019agit pas de poss\u00e9der plus d\u2019objets, mais de la signification attach\u00e9e \u00e0 l\u2019instant pr\u00e9sent \u00bb, confirme Mary Portas, experte en commerce de d\u00e9tail. \u00ab Rendre les choses moins ch\u00e8res, plus rapides et plus pratiques ne m\u00e8ne les marques que jusqu\u2019\u00e0 un certain point.
