Cette nouvelle interface\u00a0\u00a0 a \u00e9t\u00e9 introduite progressivement depuis septembre 2011 et donne un aper\u00e7u chronologique des publications\u00a0 de l\u2019utilisateur. Mais le Journal (appellation fran\u00e7aise de la Timeline) ne suscite pas l\u2019unanimit\u00e9 :\u00a0 en t\u00e9moignent les posts n\u00e9gatifs apparaissant r\u00e9guli\u00e8rement sur les diff\u00e9rents profils.<\/p>\n<p>Par contre les annonceurs se frottent d\u00e9j\u00e0\u00a0 les mains : bien que l\u2019application soit assez r\u00e9cente, les marques en tirent d\u00e9j\u00e0 profit. Simply Measure, un bureau d\u2019\u00e9tude sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9 dans les m\u00e9dias sociaux, a suivi 15 marques actives sur Facebook et op\u00e9rant dans la nouvelle structure Timeline. Parmi ces marques : Toyota, Red Bull et Ben &amp; Jerry\u2019s.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Visuel et interactif<\/h2>\n<p>Une interaction accrue entre les marques et leurs\u00a0 adeptes a \u00e9t\u00e9 constat\u00e9e. La Timeline est plus attrayante visuellement que le profil Facebook classique et ceci joue en faveur des marques. Les vid\u00e9os et photos sont davantage visionn\u00e9es (+ 65 % !) et par cons\u00e9quent davantage de r\u00e9actions sont post\u00e9es (+ 46 %). D\u2019autre part les annonceurs peuvent mieux d\u00e9finir l\u2019apparence de leur page.<\/p>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats sont prometteurs, bien que Simply Measured pr\u00eache une certaine prudence, car une \u00e9tude plus approfondie s\u2019impose. Les r\u00e9sultats sont encore assez confus : chez Livestrong et Toyota le coefficient d\u2019 engagement des fans ait \u00e9t\u00e9 multipli\u00e9 par 2,5, alors que d\u2019autres entreprises ont connu la tendance inverse. Pour Old Spice par exemple le facteur a \u00e9t\u00e9 divis\u00e9 par trois, en un mois de temps.<\/p>\n<p>Mais \u00e0 partir du 30 mars tous les utilisateurs Facebook seront donc log\u00e9s \u00e0 la m\u00eame enseigne :\u00a0 la Timeline sera obligatoire. En d\u00e9cembre 2011 toutes les applications Facebook officielles pour t\u00e9l\u00e9phones mobiles ont \u00e9t\u00e9 pourvues de la Timeline.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Google+<\/h2>\n<p>Google+, autre r\u00e9seau social, est en encore phase de d\u00e9veloppement. Il est donc encore trop t\u00f4t pour \u00e9valuer\u00a0 la croissance du nombre d\u2019 adh\u00e9rents. Depuis novembre 2011 seulement,\u00a0 les marques sont autoris\u00e9es \u00e0 communiquer via ce r\u00e9seau social. Les premi\u00e8res marques se hasardent timidement sur ce nouveau forum.
