{"id":15193,"date":"2016-10-17T08:42:06","date_gmt":"2016-10-17T08:42:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/m-tail\/les-marques-de-luxe-se-mefient-toujours-damazon\/"},"modified":"2016-10-17T08:42:06","modified_gmt":"2016-10-17T08:42:06","slug":"les-marques-de-luxe-se-mefient-toujours-damazon","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/m-tail\/les-marques-de-luxe-se-mefient-toujours-damazon\/","title":{"rendered":"Les marques de luxe se m\u00e9fient toujours d\u2019Amazon"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Amazon <\/strong>ne cesse de cro\u00eetre et l\u2019entreprise est susceptible de devenir le principal vendeur de v\u00eatements aux Etats-Unis l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine.\u00a0 Pourtant, les marques de luxe n\u2019ont pas l\u2019intention d\u2019en tirer profit.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Une image erron\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<p>Il y a quelques jours, Jean-Jacques Guiony, CFO chez <strong>LVMH<\/strong>, a fait savoir que l\u2019entreprise de luxe n\u2019avait absolument pas l\u2019intention de collaborer avec Amazon.\u00a0 L\u2019image d\u2019Amazon ne correspond pas \u00e0 celle des marques de luxe, estime-t-il : \u00ab Si elle adapte son mod\u00e8le d\u2019affaires, alors on pourrait revoir notre strat\u00e9gie, mais <a href=\"http:\/\/Amazon, e-commerce, LVMH, luxe\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">nous n\u2019allons certainement pas faire des affaires avec elle <\/a>si elle maintient son mod\u00e8le d\u2019affaires actuel. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nLa grande diff\u00e9rence entre Amazon et les marques de luxe si situe dans la mani\u00e8re dont les produits sont propos\u00e9s.\u00a0 Amazon souhaite atteindre un maximum de clients, alors que les marques de luxe veulent faire rayonner leur caract\u00e8re plus exclusif.\u00a0 Un autre \u00e9l\u00e9ment qui joue en sa d\u00e9faveur est sa grande g\u00e9n\u00e9rosit\u00e9 \u00e0 distribuer des ristournes, ce que les marques de luxe souhaitent \u00e9viter \u00e0 tout prix.<\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0<br \/>\nExclusif et quand m\u00eame en ligne<\/h2>\n<p>Cette scission entre l\u2019exclusivit\u00e9 et l\u2019obtention d\u2019un grand nombre de clients en ligne, a fait en sorte que beaucoup de marques de luxe ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de se lancer dans l\u2019e-commerce tr\u00e8s tardivement.\u00a0 Pourtant, de plus en plus de marques sont en train de franchir le pas : Prada vend sa collection ready-to-wear depuis le mois de juillet, et Chanel pense \u00e9galement \u00e0 se lancer en ligne cette ann\u00e9e.<\/p>\n<p>\nD\u2019autres marques, comme <strong>Coach <\/strong>et <strong>Michael Kors<\/strong>, osent pourtant vendre en ligne via Amazon, mais elles le font de mani\u00e8re tr\u00e8s consciente.\u00a0 Par le biais d\u2019Amazon, ces deux marques proposent uniquement une gamme limit\u00e9e et elles choisissent des articles parmi le segment le moins cher de leurs collections.\u00a0 Elles optent donc pour une gamme qui, de toute fa\u00e7on, est d\u00e9j\u00e0 disponible pour un public plus large.\u00a0 Le client plus favoris\u00e9 doit donc toujours se rendre dans un magasin physique.\u00a0 La question de savoir si Amazon r\u00e9ussira \u00e0 convaincre les marques de luxe \u00e0 proposer une large gamme via le webshop, reste enti\u00e8re.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amazon ne cesse de cro\u00eetre et l\u2019entreprise est susceptible de devenir le principal vendeur de v\u00eatements aux Etats-Unis l\u2019ann\u00e9e prochaine.\u00a0 Pourtant, les marques de luxe n\u2019ont pas l\u2019intention d\u2019en tirer profit.
