Ces chiffres satisfont le CEO Koen Nolmans : il parle d\u2019un \u00ab r\u00e9sultat historiquement solide \u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Trois grands chantiers<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour la premi\u00e8re fois depuis que ToyChamp Holding a rachet\u00e9, en octobre 2023, les trois quarts des actions de DreamLand au<strong> Colruyt<\/strong> <strong>Group<\/strong>, a int\u00e9gr\u00e9, d\u00e9but 2024, douze magasins de la cha\u00eene <strong>FUN<\/strong> en faillite et a rachet\u00e9, en novembre 2024, Intertoys aux Pays-Bas, les exercices comptables de toutes les entreprises se terminent \u00e0 la m\u00eame date : le 31 d\u00e9cembre 2025. Les chiffres consolid\u00e9s viennent d\u2019\u00eatre publi\u00e9s. Le chiffre d\u2019affaires s\u2019est \u00e9lev\u00e9 \u00e0 485,7 millions d\u2019euros, l\u2019EBITDA \u00e0 28,9 millions d\u2019euros, soit une marge de 5,9 %, et le b\u00e9n\u00e9fice apr\u00e8s imp\u00f4ts s\u2019est \u00e9tabli \u00e0 11,3 millions d\u2019euros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pourtant, 2025 a \u00e9t\u00e9 une ann\u00e9e mouvement\u00e9e marqu\u00e9e par trois chantiers majeurs, selon l\u2019entreprise : la mise en service d\u2019une infrastructure informatique enti\u00e8rement nouvelle, la collaboration entre les \u00e9quipes de ToyChamp et de DreamLand au sein d\u2019une nouvelle structure organisationnelle fonctionnelle, et le rebranding de DreamLand et ToyChamp en une seule nouvelle marque, DreamLand, en Belgique et aux Pays-Bas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00ab Intertoys d\u00e9passe ses objectifs \u00bb<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nos collaborateurs ont fait preuve d\u2019une r\u00e9silience incroyable et, fiers de porter d\u00e9sormais le nouveau drapeau DreamLand, ils font chaque jour le bonheur de dizaines de milliers de clients \u00bb, d\u00e9clare le CEO Koen Nolmans. \u00ab Chez Intertoys, la strat\u00e9gie d\u2019optimisation du portefeuille de magasins a \u00e9t\u00e9 poursuivie, ce qui a conduit \u00e0 un r\u00e9sultat historiquement solide. Nous sommes tr\u00e8s satisfaits de ces r\u00e9sultats du groupe. \u00bb<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En 2026 \u00e9galement, la croissance restera le mot d\u2019ordre pour les deux entreprises. Intertoys poursuit sur sa lanc\u00e9e avec le d\u00e9ploiement de nouveaux magasins aux formats L et XL. Du c\u00f4t\u00e9 de DreamLand, douze magasins ouvriront leurs portes en 2026, dont un magasin DreamLand dans chacun des sept sites Shopping Cora, ainsi que plusieurs d\u00e9m\u00e9nagements. Par ailleurs, l\u2019ensemble de la logistique sera centralis\u00e9 dans le nouveau centre de distribution de Bilzen-Hoeselt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Nolmans envisage avec confiance un bel automne pour DreamLand. \u00ab Aux Pays-Bas, Intertoys affiche des r\u00e9sultats tr\u00e8s favorables et d\u00e9passe les objectifs fix\u00e9s, ce qui laisse pr\u00e9sager un automne solide dans ce pays \u00e9galement.
