Sa position centrale\u00a0parmi\u00a0des\u00a0march\u00e9s primaires comme Londres, Paris et Berlin constitue un atout de taille.\u00a0 Par ailleurs \u00ab\u00a0les march\u00e9s matures, la croissance d\u00e9mographique urbaine et la\u00a0mont\u00e9e du e-commerce, qui oblige les retailers \u00e0 optimaliser leur r\u00e9seau commercial, augmentent \u00e9galement l\u2019attractivit\u00e9 des grandes villes du Benelux pour les retailers\u00a0\u00bb,\u00a0pr\u00e9cise JLL.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Marges de croissance dans le secteur du luxe et de l\u2019horeca<\/h2>\n<p>Dans son rapport, JLL a \u00e9galement analys\u00e9 s\u00e9par\u00e9ment le segment du luxe et de l\u2019horeca.\u00a0 Il semble que le march\u00e9 du luxe b\u00e9n\u00e9ficierait encore d\u2019une grande marge de croissance au Benelux,\u00a0notamment gr\u00e2ce au grand nombre de touristes\u00a0venant des Etats-Unis et d\u2019Asie.\u00a0 Ces deux derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, les\u00a0flagship stores de produits de luxe\u00a0se sont\u00a0multipli\u00e9s\u00a0:\u00a0l\u00e0 encore, Amsterdam, Anvers et Bruxelles sont les march\u00e9s les plus attrayants.\u00a0Toutefois ces marques de luxe devront trouver la bonne approche pour\u00a0\u00e9galement se positionner\u00a0en ligne.<\/p>\n<p>\nQuant au\u00a0secteur horeca,\u00a0il mise de plus en plus sur le v\u00e9cu et les mani\u00e8res de captiver le client, comme en t\u00e9moignent\u00a0des concepts comme Markthal \u00e0 Rotterdam et Mercado \u00e0 Anvers.\u00a0 \u00ab\u00a0Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une offre vari\u00e9e d\u2019espaces de restauration dans une zone retail,\u00a0les clients s&rsquo;attardent plus longtemps, ce qui\u00a0cr\u00e9e\u00a0une\u00a0exp\u00e9rience\u00a0surpassant le pure processus retail.\u00a0Bon nombre de nouveaux\u00a0concepts, petits et grands,\u00a0se concentrent sur cette demande du march\u00e9 \u00bb,\u00a0conclut JLL.<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Selon un nouveau\u00a0rapport du groupe immobilier\u00a0JLL,\u00a0\u00a0les grandes villes du Benelux\u00a0constituent un tremplin\u00a0important\u00a0pour l\u2019expansion des marques internationales en Europe, et ce\u00a0principalement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 leur situation centrale.
