C\u2019est avec de multiples superlatifs que Metro Group annonce ce nouveau concept qu\u2019il consid\u00e8re comme \u2018l\u2019avenir du shopping\u2019. Cette formule s\u2019inscrit dans le cadre d\u2019une nouvelle strat\u00e9gie de Real : \u00ab Nous ne voulions pas faire \u00e9voluer le concept existant, mais nous voulions cr\u00e9er quelque chose de totalement neuf, qui n\u2019existe pas encore en Allemagne \u00bb, explique Henning Gieseke, qui avec Patrick M\u00fcller-Sarmiento dirige la division Real. \u00ab C\u2019est pourquoi nous avons opt\u00e9 pour un nouveau nom et un nouveau corporate design. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nUn renouvellement qui s\u2019imposait, car comme beaucoup d\u2019hypermarch\u00e9s Real depuis quelques ann\u00e9es est sous pression. L\u2019enseigne est souvent consid\u00e9r\u00e9e comme \u2018l\u2019enfant \u00e0 probl\u00e8me\u2019 de Metro. Ce nouveau magasin, dont la r\u00e9novation a n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 un investissement de plusieurs millions, doit inverser la tendance et servir de mod\u00e8le pour l\u2019avenir de Real. Plus d\u2019\u00e9motions, des prix plus serr\u00e9s et davantage de v\u00e9cu, voil\u00e0 ce que promet la cha\u00eene. Aux dires des managers, le concept s\u2019inspire du Japon et des Etats-Unis, et peut-\u00eatre \u00e9galement du Carrefour de Mons, selon nous, car il y a des ressemblances.<\/p>\n<h2>\nMarch\u00e9 du frais<\/h2>\n<p>Une vaste offre horeca occupe la place centrale de l\u2019hypermarch\u00e9 qui s\u2019\u00e9tend sur une surface de 11.500 m\u00b2. Les clients y trouveront une piazza avec 110 places assises et un jardin d\u2019hiver avec 70 places, o\u00f9 ils pourront manger sur place. L\u2019offre varie en fonction des saisons et les plats sont pr\u00e9par\u00e9s sous les yeux des visiteurs, qui n\u2019auront que l\u2019embarras du choix : bar \u00e0 salades, pizz\u00e9ria, bar \u00e0 hu\u00eetres, sushis, grill, v\u00e9g\u00e9tarien, bio, p\u00e2tisserie, torr\u00e9faction de caf\u00e9, bar \u00e0 vin, \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\nEt Markthalle Krefeld innove \u00e9galement dans son d\u00e9partement non-food : l\u2019Innovation Lounge pr\u00e9sente les nouvelles tendances digitales avec les derniers smartphones, tablettes, laptops, t\u00e9l\u00e9visions et consoles de jeux. Il y a \u00e9galement un espace d\u00e9di\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019univers du v\u00e9lo avec un stand de r\u00e9paration et un d\u00e9partement \u2018Ma famille\u2019 o\u00f9 les mamans trouveront tout ce qu\u2019il faut pour leurs jeunes enfants, depuis la grossesse jusqu\u2019au premier jour d\u2019\u00e9cole.<\/p>\n<p>\nPour assurer le meilleur service qui soit, l\u2019enseigne a embauch\u00e9 une septantaine de nouveaux employ\u00e9s. Bien entendu les clients disposent du wi-fi gratuit, peuvent effectuer des paiements sans contact et recevoir leur ticket de caisse sur leur smartphone s\u2019ils le souhaitent.
