Les sites web et les applications sont inaccessibles, les commandes en ligne ne peuvent pas \u00eatre trait\u00e9es et, dans les magasins physiques, les prix de la semaine derni\u00e8re sont toujours affich\u00e9s sur les rayons. Chez <strong>Delhaize <\/strong>aussi, il y a des perturbations en coulisses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">D\u00e9sactiv\u00e9s par mesure de pr\u00e9caution<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cette panne, qualifi\u00e9e par le groupe d\u2019\u00ab incident informatique \u00bb ou de \u00ab probl\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 \u00bb, a conduit \u00e0 la mise hors service d\u2019une s\u00e9rie de syst\u00e8mes par mesure de pr\u00e9caution. En cons\u00e9quence, au Benelux, les sites web, les programmes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 et les applications mobiles d\u2019Albert Heijn, d\u2019Etos et de Gall &amp; Gall sont temporairement indisponibles. Le service client est \u00e9galement difficile \u00e0 joindre.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">L\u2019une des cons\u00e9quences les plus marquantes est que les clients ne peuvent ni se faire livrer ni retirer leurs courses command\u00e9es en ligne. Dans les magasins physiques, les syst\u00e8mes de caisse et les offres de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 continuent de fonctionner, mais les clients sont invit\u00e9s \u00e0 la vigilance : les \u00e9tiquettes \u00e9lectroniques affichent encore les prix promotionnels de la semaine derni\u00e8re. Albert Heijn souligne que les clients ne paieront pas trop cher et que les \u00e9ventuelles diff\u00e9rences de prix seront compens\u00e9es ult\u00e9rieurement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u00ab Nos \u00e9quipes identifient le probl\u00e8me de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 au sein de notre r\u00e9seau et le contiennent. C\u2019est pourquoi nous mettons certains syst\u00e8mes hors ligne, afin de les prot\u00e9ger \u00bb, indique Ahold Delhaize dans un communiqu\u00e9 de presse. \u00ab La protection de notre infrastructure, dans l\u2019int\u00e9r\u00eat de nos clients, de nos collaborateurs et de nos partenaires, est une priorit\u00e9 absolue. \u00bb La nature exacte de l\u2019incident reste floue, mais la formulation sugg\u00e8re qu\u2019il pourrait s\u2019agir d\u2019une cyberattaque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact sur l\u2019ensemble<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Aux \u00c9tats-Unis, les sites web des cha\u00eenes filiales <strong>Stop &amp; Shop<\/strong>, <strong>Food Lion<\/strong>, <strong>Hannaford<\/strong>, <strong>Giant <\/strong>et <strong>The Giant Company<\/strong> sont \u00e9galement hors service. Le site web de Delhaize, Bol et des enseignes d&rsquo;Europe centrale et orientale fonctionne normalement, mais comme \u00ab les syst\u00e8mes informatiques internes ont \u00e9t\u00e9 mis hors service \u00e0 titre pr\u00e9ventif \u00bb, selon le porte-parole Roel Dekelver, ces enseignes en subissent \u00e9galement les cons\u00e9quences.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ainsi, chez Delhaize, le service client est injoignable et ni les consommateurs ni les magasins ne peuvent actuellement passer de commandes. \u00ab Les courses command\u00e9es seront livr\u00e9es aujourd\u2019hui, mais les nouvelles commandes en ligne sont provisoirement impossibles \u00e0 titre pr\u00e9ventif. Nous cherchons actuellement, avec les fournisseurs, d\u2019autres moyens d\u2019approvisionner les points de vente de mani\u00e8re aussi normale que possible \u00bb, explique Dekelver, qui souligne que l\u2019application, le site web et les syst\u00e8mes de caisse de Delhaize fonctionnent normalement.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ces derniers mois, les cyberattaques sont particuli\u00e8rement fr\u00e9quentes dans le secteur de la grande distribution, avec des cons\u00e9quences consid\u00e9rables tant sur le plan op\u00e9rationnel qu\u2019en termes de confiance des clients. Il est donc crucial de ne pas se concentrer uniquement sur la reprise apr\u00e8s sinistre, mais aussi sur la pr\u00e9vention et la r\u00e9silience num\u00e9rique.
