Il vous faut donc d\u00e9terminer qui est votre client et qui vous \u00eates en tant que marque, afin de mettre au point l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client appropri\u00e9e \u00bb, explique Quartier.<\/p>\n<p>\nDurant cette session, Quartier approfondira certains outils, d\u00e9velopp\u00e9s par le retaidesignlab, afin d\u2019aider le retailer et le designer \u00e0 cr\u00e9er un magasin ax\u00e9 sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client.<\/p>\n<p>\nCarmen Adams de la Facult\u00e9 BEW de l\u2019Universit\u00e9 de Hasselt, nous parlera des \u2018correspondances intermodales. Il s\u2019agit de circuits neurologiques reliant les sens : lorsqu\u2019un un sens est sollicit\u00e9, ceci peut d\u00e9clencher une attente d\u2019un autre sens.
