Un constat qui s\u2019applique certainement aux retailers.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Le complexit\u00e9 co\u00fbte cher<\/h2>\n<p>D\u2019apr\u00e8s les strat\u00e8ges de Siegel+Gale, les meilleures marques sont les plus simples. Pour la septi\u00e8me fois l\u2019agence publie son <a href=\"http:\/\/simplicityindex.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Global Brand Simplicity Index<\/a>, bas\u00e9 sur une enqu\u00eate aupr\u00e8s de 14.000 r\u00e9pondants dans neuf pays, qui ont \u00e9valu\u00e9 857 marques.<\/p>\n<p>\nSelon la d\u00e9finition de Siegel+Gale, la simplicit\u00e9 se situe \u00e0 \u2018l\u2019intersection entre le remarquablement clair et l\u2019\u00e9tonnamment frais\u2019. \u00ab Notre \u00e9tude d\u00e9montre que les marques qui misent sur la simplicit\u00e9, sont plus rentables \u00bb, affirme Howard Belk, co-CEO et chief creative officer.<\/p>\n<p>\nLa complexit\u00e9 co\u00fbte de l\u2019argent et la simplicit\u00e9 a un atout : 64% des consommateurs sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 payer plus pour des exp\u00e9riences plus simples. Par ailleurs la simplicit\u00e9 renforce la fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 \u00e0 la marque. 61% des consommateurs recommanderont plut\u00f4t une marque si elle est simple. Les performances d\u2019un portefeuille d\u2019actions des marques mondiales les plus simples sont 330% meilleures que celles des grands indices boursiers.<\/p>\n<h2>\nRetailers et restaurants<\/h2>\n<p><strong>Aldi <\/strong>occupe la t\u00eate du classement depuis des ann\u00e9es. En outre nous constatons quelques changements int\u00e9ressants dans cette \u00e9dition 2017. <strong>Lidl<\/strong> grimpe de la 3\u00e8me \u00e0 la 2\u00e8me place. Les marques affichant la plus forte progression sont <strong>Sephora<\/strong>, <strong>Hilton<\/strong> et <strong>EasyJet<\/strong>. La plus forte baisse revient \u00e0 <strong>Yahoo<\/strong>. La marque la plus complexe est l\u2019assureur <strong>Axa<\/strong>, et ce pour la deuxi\u00e8me ann\u00e9e cons\u00e9cutive.<\/p>\n<p>\nSignalons \u00e9galement le grand nombre de retailers et de cha\u00eenes de restaurants figurant dans le top 15. Dans ces secteurs le consommateur appr\u00e9cie plus que jamais la simplicit\u00e9 et la rapidit\u00e9.
