Une tendance qui, esp\u00e9rons-le, se poursuivra au second trimestre.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>La technologie est signe d\u2019espoir<\/h2>\n<p>Dans toute cette morosit\u00e9, la technologie semble quelque peu <strong>sauver la situation<\/strong>. La vente des smartphones et des tablettes a continu\u00e9 sa progression durant le premier trimestre, et ce sont ces groupes de produits principalement qui limitent un tant soit peu\u00a0 les d\u00e9g\u00e2ts, selon GfK.\u00a0 De plus, ceux qui investissent dans une tablette, veulent tirer un maximum de profit de cet investissement important en achetant toutes sortes d\u2019accessoires.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019ascension de technologies nouvelles et mobiles marque tr\u00e8s nettement le secteur retail: au trimestre pass\u00e9, la vente par internet a connu une <strong>croissance \u00e0 deux chiffres<\/strong>, principalement gr\u00e2ce aux retailers qui int\u00e8grent le canal de vente en ligne \u00e0 leurs points de vente physiques.\u00a0 Pour Wim Boesmans, business consultant Retail chez GfK, ceci est une preuve \u00e9vidente qu\u2019une approche multicanal porte r\u00e9ellement ses fruits, m\u00eame en temps de difficult\u00e9s \u00e9conomiques.<br \/>\u00a0<br \/>Toutefois tous les gadgets \u00e9lectroniques n\u2019ont pas connu le m\u00eame succ\u00e8s : les gsm et les laptops souffrent du succ\u00e8s de leurs concurrents plus perfectionn\u00e9s et entra\u00eenent ainsi dans leur chute tout le march\u00e9 de l\u2019\u00e9lectronique grand public.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>L\u2019\u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager se maintient<\/h2>\n<p>Contrairement \u00e0 la tendance g\u00e9n\u00e9rale, le <strong>gros \u00e9lectrom\u00e9nager<\/strong> (les produits blancs) a connu son chiffre d\u2019affaires le plus important depuis 2009.\u00a0 La croissance a principalement \u00e9t\u00e9 r\u00e9alis\u00e9e pendant la p\u00e9riode des soldes.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 l\u2019engouement culinaire actuel, <strong>les appareils de cuisine<\/strong> ont \u00e9t\u00e9 \u00e9pargn\u00e9s par la crise, avec une croissance de plus de 10%.\u00a0 Par contre, les Belges sont plus \u00e9conomes pour les autres cat\u00e9gories d\u2019appareils m\u00e9nagers, bien qu\u2019ils pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent investir dans un produit plus cher et de qualit\u00e9 que dans des alternatives meilleur march\u00e9.<br \/>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Le consommateur est tr\u00e8s sensible aux tendances et aux bonnes affaires<\/h2>\n<p>Dans le domaine de la mode, les premi\u00e8res observations de GfK d\u00e9montrent qu\u2019en 2012 le ph\u00e9nom\u00e8ne de la <strong>\u2018recessionista\u2019<\/strong> est toujours pr\u00e9sent : la fashionista qui malgr\u00e9 la crise tient absolument \u00e0 s\u2019habiller \u2018mode\u2019, mais\u00a0 pour un petit budget.
