A Bruxelles RetailDetail a rencontr\u00e9 les experts en retail Fran\u00e7ois Castelein (partenaire ) et Gr\u00e9goire Tondreau (partenaire), ainsi que le marketing manager S\u00e9bastien Procureur.<\/p>\n<h2>\n1. Concurrence digitale<\/h2>\n<p>\u00ab O\u00f9 que vous soyez actif, vous tomberez toujours sur <strong>Amazon<\/strong>. Et <strong>bol.com <\/strong>\u2026 \u00bb. La mont\u00e9e de grands acteurs du e-commerce augmente la pression sur les autres retailers, et ce dans toutes les cat\u00e9gories. Les e-tailers combinent \u00e0 la fois un service de haute qualit\u00e9, des prix serr\u00e9s et un vaste assortiment. \u00ab Ils ont un \u00e9norme impact sur la strat\u00e9gie, tant digitale que physique, des retailers classiques, qui devront s\u2019adapter encore plus vite. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nMais l\u2019histoire n\u2019est pas que n\u00e9gative : ces concurrents online peuvent \u00e9galement devenir de pr\u00e9cieux partenaires, car ils ouvrent leur place de march\u00e9 \u00e0 des tiers. Ainsi les marques et les retailers peuvent avoir acc\u00e8s \u00e0 un public tr\u00e8s large et int\u00e9ress\u00e9, ce qui du coup cr\u00e9e de nouvelles opportunit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<h2>\n2. La mont\u00e9e du \u2018value retail\u2019<\/h2>\n<p>La croissance des cha\u00eenes low-cost, comme <strong>Action<\/strong>, <strong>Primark<\/strong> ou encore <strong>Flying Tiger<\/strong>, est frappante. \u00ab C\u2019est comme une vague, tous trois ont fait leur apparition sur le march\u00e9 quasiment en m\u00eame temps. \u00bb Ces enseignes jouent plut\u00f4t sur l\u2019abordabilit\u00e9 que sur le prix le plus bas. Ils recherchent des opportunit\u00e9s au niveau des achats.<\/p>\n<p>\nLes concurrents ne parviennent pas \u00e0 suivre ni les prix serr\u00e9s, ni la rotation permanente de l\u2019offre. A mesure que ces value retailers progressent, ils reprennent de plus en plus de gammes FMCG. Outre le rachat de stocks exc\u00e9dentaires, ils commencent \u00e0 conclure des accords avec des fabricants de marques.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>3. L\u2019importance de l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019exp\u00e9rience client est la meilleure arme contre la croissance du canal online. Mais il n\u2019est pas \u00e9vident d\u2019offrir un v\u00e9cu qui se distingue. Pourtant m\u00eame les retailers low-cost peuvent y parvenir : prenez l\u2019exemple de Flying Tiger qui offre une exp\u00e9rience unique, par le parcours en magasin et la rotation permanente de son assortiment \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ab Surprendre le client en permanence, voil\u00e0 l\u2019une des cl\u00e9s du succ\u00e8s. <strong>Veritas<\/strong> en est un bon exemple, avec ses ateliers o\u00f9 les clients se rencontrent pour \u00e9changer des id\u00e9es et bricoler \u2026 Ou songez \u00e0 <strong>Rituals<\/strong>, o\u00f9 l\u2019on vous offre une tasse de th\u00e9 \u00e0 d\u00e9guster ou un massage des mains. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>\n4. Potentiel du Big Data<\/h2>\n<p>Conna\u00eetre le client est essentiel. Il y a l\u00e0 un \u00e9norme potentiel afin de fid\u00e9liser le client. Les cartes de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 fournissent des donn\u00e9es qui permettent de mesurer les r\u00e9sultats des actions marketing,\u00a0 d\u2019adapter l\u2019offre de produits, de d\u00e9terminer l\u2019efficacit\u00e9 du direct mailing \u2026<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ab Nous pensons que dans ce domaine bon nombre de retailers belges laissent passer des opportunit\u00e9s, alors qu\u2019ils doivent faire face \u00e0 de grands acteurs internationaux qui eux ont recours \u00e0 ces moyens. Il serait int\u00e9ressant que diff\u00e9rents retailers unissent leurs forces. Mais apparemment il y encore trop de r\u00e9ticence \u00e0 d\u00e9velopper des plateformes communes \u2026 \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>\n5. Robotisation<\/h2>\n<p>Les retailers sont de plus en plus nombreux \u00e0 utiliser des robots pour les contacts avec les clients, tant au niveau digital, avec des chatbots par exemple, qu\u2019au niveau physique avec des robots en magasin. Au Japon il s\u2019est av\u00e9r\u00e9 que l\u2019utilisation de robots avait un effet positif dans les magasins de t\u00e9l\u00e9coms. En Europe, certains retailers, comme <strong>Carrefour <\/strong>et <strong>Sephora<\/strong>, s\u2019y mettent \u00e9galement.<\/p>\n<p>\nLes robots peuvent avoir une influence positive sur la fr\u00e9quentation et le chiffre d\u2019affaires. Curieusement les clients se sentent souvent plus \u00e0 l\u2019aise face \u00e0\u00a0 un robot que face \u00e0 un humain, car les robots ne jugent pas. Pour un robot il n\u2019y a pas de questions idiotes, ce qui les rend plus accessible.<\/p>\n<p>\nD\u2019autre par les robots sont plus coh\u00e9rents dans l\u2019ex\u00e9cution de leurs t\u00e2ches. Dans les restaurants fast-food l\u2019on a pu constater que la valeur moyenne du ticket de caisse augmentait\u00a0 lorsque le client commandait via une borne digitale : une machine ne ressent pas la pression d\u2019une file d\u2019attente de clients impatients et propose donc syst\u00e9matiquement un dessert ou un caf\u00e9, par exemple.<\/p>\n<p>\nLes robots sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9s dans la cha\u00eene d\u2019approvisionnement, en coulisses (dans les centres de distribution par exemple).
