De plus, la perception est souvent tout aussi importante que le produit m\u00eame.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\nPas si sainement que cela<\/h2>\n<p>\nDans ce deuxi\u00e8me volet de la grande enqu\u00eate sur les snacks, nous nous penchons sur la probl\u00e9matique de la sant\u00e9. Cela semble l\u2019\u00e9vidence m\u00eame : quand on demande aux consommateurs s\u2019ils aiment manger sainement, 80% r\u00e9pondent par l\u2019affirmative. Et 75% d\u00e9clarent aimer les fruits.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n41% admettent n\u00e9anmoins qu\u2019en r\u00e9alit\u00e9, ils ne mangent pas si sainement que cela. 49% tentent tout de m\u00eame de manger des aliments sains lorsqu\u2019ils optent pour un en-cas, et 62% affirment prendre le temps pour un bon petit d\u00e9jeuner. Cela dit, il y a souvent un foss\u00e9 entre les bonnes r\u00e9solutions et la r\u00e9alit\u00e9.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Sucr\u00e9 &#8211; sal\u00e9<\/h2>\n<p>\nComment les Belges font-ils pour rendre leur alimentation plus saine ? 64% essaient d\u2019\u00e9viter les en-cas rapides ou les plats \u00e0 emporter. Pour eux, la consommation de snacks a donc une connotation plut\u00f4t n\u00e9gative, m\u00eame s\u2019ils se laissent souvent tenter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nSeuls 29% font tr\u00e8s attention \u00e0 leurs calories quotidiennes. Le sucre est une pr\u00e9occupation plus pr\u00e9gnante : 54% t\u00e2chent d\u2019en manger le moins possible. 49% s\u2019efforcent de ne consommer qu\u2019un minimum de sel. 23% boivent beaucoup de boissons rafra\u00eechissantes ou \u00e9nergisantes. 66% des personnes interrog\u00e9es affirment qu\u2019elles mangent plus sainement qu\u2019avant, et 50% pensent manger plus sainement \u00e0 l\u2019avenir.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nLes chiffres indiquent n\u00e9anmoins une tendance fondamentale : l\u2019excellent potentiel des snacks sains sur le march\u00e9. Les fournisseurs qui parviendront \u00e0 commercialiser des produits savoureux et pratiques satisfaisant, de surcro\u00eet, aux attentes du consommateur en mati\u00e8re de sant\u00e9 auront le vent en poupe. Pensez, par exemple, \u00e0 la forte croissance de Starmeal\/The Foodmaker, avec un assortiment de salades saines, de wraps et de repas riches en l\u00e9gumes.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Nouveaux segments<\/h2>\n<p>\nLes fabricants sont \u00e9galement r\u00e9ceptifs \u00e0 la demande du consommateur, qui souhaite des produits plus sains. Depuis 2000, par exemple, la quantit\u00e9 de sucre dans les boissons rafra\u00eechissantes a diminu\u00e9 de 25%.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cFood in Mind cite une exp\u00e9rience positive dans le secteur des biscuits, o\u00f9 un producteur mise r\u00e9solument sur l\u2019aspect sant\u00e9 et laisse ses concurrents derri\u00e8re lui en se focalisant sur le bio ainsi que les produits pauvres en gluten et en lactose. Aujourd\u2019hui, cette entreprise ne parvient plus \u00e0 suivre la demande nationale ni internationale\u201d, d\u00e9clare Eddy Bovijn.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n\u201cUne r\u00e9cente \u00e9volution nous apprend que les entreprises alimentaires peuvent \u00e9galement se d\u00e9velopper via un changement technologique, par exemple en misant sur le frais au lieu de produits secs ou congel\u00e9s.
