La grande enqu\u00eate sur les snacks de Food in Mind et iVox a identifi\u00e9 pour la premi\u00e8re fois quatre types de snackers diff\u00e9rents, auxquels les d\u00e9taillants et fabricants peuvent adapter leur offre.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\n1. Le supersnacker<\/h2>\n<p>\nSon nom en dit long : ce consommateur mange des snacks \u00e0 tout bout de champ. Ils font partie int\u00e9grante de sa vie. 69% d\u00e9clarent passer au moins une journ\u00e9e par semaine sans repas \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re. Pour eux, l\u2019alimentation saine et\/ou biologique n\u2019est pas importante. 66% ne pr\u00eatent aucune attention au sucre ni au sel. 54% mangent \u00e0 des moments irr\u00e9guliers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nLes supersnackers mangent souvent la m\u00eame chose et se sentent coupables de succomber aux snacks. Il s\u2019agit plut\u00f4t de profils introvertis et n\u00e9vrotiques, de personnes calmes et routini\u00e8res qui ne sortent pas tr\u00e8s souvent. Ce groupe est loin d\u2019\u00eatre n\u00e9gligeable : un cinqui\u00e8me des consommateurs est constitu\u00e9 de supersnackers.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nLe supersnacker opte souvent pour des consommations qu\u2019il n\u2019a pas pr\u00e9par\u00e9es lui-m\u00eame, tant \u00e0 la maison qu&rsquo;\u00e0 l&rsquo;ext\u00e9rieur, mais les ach\u00e8te moins \u2018out-of-home\u2019 et plus au supermarch\u00e9. Il privil\u00e9gie les snacks chauds aux snacks froids, consomme davantage de friandises et mange nettement moins de fruits que les autres gens. \u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>2. Le snacker par impulsion<\/h2>\n<p>\nLes snackers par impulsion sont souvent sur la route et mangent principalement \u2018on the go\u2019. Ce sont de v\u00e9ritables \u2018snackers multicanaux\u2019 ou nomades, qui fr\u00e9quentent diff\u00e9rents canaux, dont le distributeur automatique ou la station-service. Ils vont souvent manger \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur ou commander un repas. 29% de leurs consommations sont achet\u00e9es et mang\u00e9es \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nCe sont les consommateurs typiques de petits pains fourr\u00e9s. 50% retirent au moins une fois par semaine une boisson d\u2019un automate. 42% vont chercher un petit pain dans une sandwicherie du quartier pendant la pause de midi. 33% mangent au moins une fois par semaine un petit pain ou un en-cas rapide au travail. 70% ne font pas attention \u00e0 la quantit\u00e9 de calories qu\u2019ils ing\u00e8rent quotidiennement.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nCes consommateurs aiment autant le sucr\u00e9 que le sal\u00e9, appr\u00e9cient la vari\u00e9t\u00e9 et essaient volontiers de nouvelles choses. Un consommateur sur huit est un snacker par impulsion.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>3. Snackers mod\u00e9r\u00e9s<\/h2>\n<p>\nCes consommateurs estiment qu\u2019il est important de s\u2019alimenter sainement mais ne peuvent pas s\u2019emp\u00eacher de manger des friandises ou des en-cas de temps \u00e0 autre. Le distributeur automatique ne les int\u00e9resse toutefois pas : ils apportent g\u00e9n\u00e9ralement leurs tartines au travail. 87% n\u2019ont encore jamais command\u00e9, achet\u00e9 sur place ou fait livrer au travail un plat \u00e0 emporter.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\nIls pr\u00e9f\u00e8rent des repas \u00e0 complets \u00e0 des moments fixes. En ce qui concerne les snacks, les snackers mod\u00e9r\u00e9s optent essentiellement pour des sucreries qu\u2019ils consid\u00e8rent comme un \u2018guilty pleasure\u2019. Ils se rendent rarement dans des lieux \u2018out-of-home\u2019 typiques. Ils font principalement leurs achats au supermarch\u00e9 ou dans une boutique (69%). Deux consommateurs sur cinq sont des snackers mod\u00e9r\u00e9s.\u00a0<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>4. Le non-snacker<\/h2>\n<p>\nIl existe aussi des consommateurs qui n\u2019aiment pas les snacks, friandises et en-cas, car ils accordent une importance primordiale \u00e0 une alimentation saine. Ils consid\u00e8rent les snacks comme n\u00e9fastes \u00e0 la sant\u00e9 et privil\u00e9gient d\u00e8s lors les repas \u00e0 part enti\u00e8re.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>\n84% aiment la nourriture saine, 77% mangent volontiers des fruits, 65% s\u2019efforcent de manger le moins de sucres possibles. Bien qu\u2019ils consomment aussi beaucoup \u00e0 l\u2019ext\u00e9rieur, ils y mangent plus sainement que d\u2019autres.
