Dans les\u00a0magasins pilotes\u00a0de Wilrijk et Eindhoven les shoppers\u00a0peuvent tester les derniers gadgets \u00e9lectroniques.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>Applications de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle<\/h2>\n<p>A Wilrijk le robot Pepper vous accueille \u00e0 l\u2019entr\u00e9e du magasin, alors qu\u2019un coll\u00e8gue robot circule entre les rayons afin de transporter les commandes vers la caisse. Vous pourrez y jouer des jeux vid\u00e9o sur la nouvelle game gear, profiter d\u2019un relooking capillaire dans le coin coiffure, ou d\u00e9guster un cappuccino pr\u00e9par\u00e9 selon les r\u00e8gles de l\u2019art par un vrai barista. Un dj se charge de la touche musicale et des chefs cuisiniers pr\u00e9parent diverses gourmandises \u00e0 l\u2019aide d\u2019appareils de cuisine dernier cri, que vous pourrez bien entendu acheter dans le magasin. Vous y verrez \u00e9galement comment fonctionne une imprimante de chocolat et y vivrez les plus folles exp\u00e9riences de r\u00e9alit\u00e9 virtuelle.<\/p>\n<p>\nPersonnaliser votre frigo ou votre machine \u00e0 lessiver avec un joli imprim\u00e9 ? Faire voler un drone ? Ici tout est possible. Et \u00e9videment vous y d\u00e9couvrirez les derni\u00e8res nouveaut\u00e9s \u00e9lectroniques, comme le t\u00e9l\u00e9viseur ultra fin LG Signature W OLED (2,57 mm!) ou le fameux frigo intelligent avec \u00e9cran tactile. D\u2019autre part des pavillons d\u2019innovation accueillent de jeunes start-ups qui ont l\u2019occasion d\u2019y pr\u00e9senter leurs nouvelles id\u00e9es.<\/p>\n<h2>\nUn terrain de jeu<\/h2>\n<p>Le nouveau Media Markt est donc un r\u00e9el terrain de jeu pour les amateurs d\u2019\u00e9lectronique : gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 cette strat\u00e9gie centr\u00e9e sur l\u2019exp\u00e9rience client, le retailer entend faire face \u00e0 la concurrence en ligne et surtout attirer \u00e0 nouveau un public plus jeune en magasin. A l\u2019\u00e8re digitale les magasins physiques se doivent de donner de bonnes raisons aux clients de se d\u00e9placer pour se rendre au magasin.<\/p>\n<p>\nCe concept de magasin r\u00e9volutionnaire est-il compatible avec la politique du plus bas prix de la cha\u00eene ? Oui, r\u00e9pond le CEO Sven Degezelle de MediaMarkt-Saturn Belux. : \u00ab Aujourd\u2019hui le prix le plus bas n\u2019est plus un facteur d\u00e9terminant, mais cela reste n\u00e9anmoins une condition. Notre logiciel scanne les prix chez tous nos concurrents. Chaque matin nous adaptons les prix en cons\u00e9quence dans tous nos magasins. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Un histoire offline \u00e9t online<\/h2>\n<p>Le retailer n\u2019en n\u00e9glige pas pour autant le volet online. Le client pourra par exemple parcourir le magasin virtuellement depuis un ordinateur ou passer une commande en ligne via son smartphone qu\u2019il pourra retirer end\u00e9ans les 30 minutes. \u00ab Media Markt croit en la combinaison du magasin physique et du shopping online \u00bb, explique Sven Degezelle. \u00ab Le magasin de Wilrijk est la r\u00e9ponse parfaite aux d\u00e9sirs et besoins du client contemporain. Les diff\u00e9rents canaux se renforcent mutuellement. C\u2019est une histoire offline \u00e9t online. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nWilrijk et Eindhoven sont des magasins pilotes : il faudra donc attendre de voir si tous les concepts test\u00e9s ici, seront ensuite d\u00e9ploy\u00e9s dans d\u2019autres magasins. Toutefois la nouvelle identit\u00e9 visuelle de Media Markt sera appliqu\u00e9e pour chaque nouvelle r\u00e9novation ou ouverture, c\u2019est-\u00e0-dire : une image plus reposante avec davantage de blanc que de rouge et un sol gris \u00e9pur\u00e9 en vinyle.
