Qu\u2019en pensent les commer\u00e7ants ?<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\nUn argument qui tient la route ?<\/h2>\n<p>\nMike Laleman du <strong>Spar Colruyt Group<\/strong> de Godinne se veut r\u00e9aliste : \u00ab La majorit\u00e9 des r\u00e9f\u00e9rences sous marque propre sont des imitations de produits de grandes marques. Mais cela ne nous emp\u00eache pas de proposer de tr\u00e8s chouettes produits sous la marque Boni, qui n\u2019ont pas d\u2019\u00e9quivalent chez les marques A. C\u2019est ma conviction qu\u2019il faudrait davantage d\u00e9velopper ce genre d\u2019initiative. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nElke Vangeel de <strong>Brandtfood <\/strong>n\u2019est pas vraiment du m\u00eame avis : \u00ab Parmi les produits que nous proposons (ndlr : \u00e9galement sous la marque Boni via une collaboration avec Alvo), je ne vois pas vraiment beaucoup d\u2019innovation provenant des marques propres. L\u2019argument des marques A selon lequel elles investissent dans ce domaine contrairement aux labels priv\u00e9s me semble donc justifi\u00e9. Les gens se montrent quoi qu\u2019il en soit moins sensibles aux questions sociales lorsque leur pouvoir d\u2019achat est menac\u00e9\u2026 \u00bb<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>R\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des clients<\/h2>\n<p>\nGeert Dewitte d\u2019<strong>AD Delhaize<\/strong> Deinze ne voit pas du tout les choses comme \u00e7a et le fait savoir avec enthousiasme : \u00ab L\u2019innovation tourne \u00e0 plein r\u00e9gime dans le secteur des MDD, aussi bien pour l\u2019alimentation s\u00e8che que pour les produits frais. L\u2019\u00e9poque o\u00f9 les produits MDD n\u2019\u00e9taient que de p\u00e2les copies de produits connus est depuis longtemps r\u00e9volue. Les MDD nous permettent d\u2019innover beaucoup plus rapidement et de mani\u00e8re plus large afin de mieux r\u00e9pondre aux besoins sp\u00e9cifiques des clients. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nLe fait que les marques propres innovent plus que par le pass\u00e9 n\u2019a pas non plus \u00e9chapp\u00e9 \u00e0 Olivier Lambert, exploitant d\u2019un <strong>Carrefour Express<\/strong> \u00e0 Woluwe-Saint-Pierre. \u00ab Ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es, de nombreuses innovations ont \u00e9t\u00e9 propos\u00e9es par les fabricants de MDD, notamment dans le domaine des plats pr\u00e9par\u00e9s. Cela nous aide \u00e9videmment \u00e0 mieux positionner ces produits. La client\u00e8le Express est plut\u00f4t jeune (30-40 ans) et ouverte aux nouveaut\u00e9s. \u00bb<br \/>\n\u00a0<\/p>\n<h2>Qualit\u00e9 moyenne<\/h2>\n<p>\nExiste-t-il de grandes diff\u00e9rences de qualit\u00e9 entre les marques A et les marques propres ? \u00ab Moins qu\u2019avant \u00bb, estime Elke Vangeel. \u00ab Cela d\u00e9pend de la cat\u00e9gorie \u2013 nous-m\u00eames ne vendons que des biscuits et des p\u00e2tes \u2013 mais force est de constater que la qualit\u00e9 des MDD s\u2019est am\u00e9lior\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. Je la qualifierais de moyenne, m\u00eame si la gamme bio que j\u2019ai un jour eu l\u2019occasion d\u2019essayer ne m\u2019a pas vraiment convaincue. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nLes produits sous marque propre sont actuellement de tr\u00e8s bonne qualit\u00e9, affirme Olivier Lambert. \u00ab La qualit\u00e9 s\u2019est consid\u00e9rablement am\u00e9lior\u00e9e ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es. De plus, les magasins Express proposent dans certaines cat\u00e9gories essentiellement des produits MDD, ce qui constitue un \u00e9l\u00e9ment de diff\u00e9renciation par rapport \u00e0 la concurrence.
