Ces excellentes performances se traduisent \u00e9galement\u00a0 dans l\u2019\u00e9volution de sa part de march\u00e9 :\u00a0 depuis 2002 E.Leclerc a connu une croissance constante de son chiffre d\u2019affaires et sa part de march\u00e9 en France atteint actuellement 18,1%, soit une progression de 0,8 point. Pour l\u2019ensemble de l\u2019ann\u00e9e 2012 Leclerc estime que la part de march\u00e9 sur base annuelle sera de +0,7 point par rapport \u00e0 la part de march\u00e9 fin 2011.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Des hypermarch\u00e9s \u00e0 \u00e9chelle humaine<\/h2>\n<p>Les r\u00e9sultats positifs de Leclerc en France contrastent singuli\u00e8rement avec les performances d\u00e9cevantes du leader de march\u00e9 Carrefour, dont les hypermarch\u00e9s fran\u00e7ais, \u00e9pine dorsale du distributeur, sont toujours en forte difficult\u00e9.<\/p>\n<p>E.Leclerc lui aussi exploite des hypermarch\u00e9s, mais estime que ceux-ci sont davantage \u00e0 \u00e9chelle humaine, avec des surfaces de 4000 \u00e0 6500 m\u00b2. Selon Leclerc, ses hypermarch\u00e9s repr\u00e9sentent 41,5% du chiffre d\u2019affaires total.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Les Drives, force motrice de la croissance<\/h2>\n<p>La plus forte croissance en 2011 est attribuable \u00e0 Leclerc Drive : les points de collecte de commandes online (existant depuis 2007) ont r\u00e9alis\u00e9 une croissance de 153% . Fin 2011 Leclerc Drive, service propos\u00e9 dans 144 magasins, repr\u00e9sentait 2,1% du chiffre d\u2019affaire total. D\u2019ici 2015 Leclerc envisage d\u2019atteindre la cap des 400 Drives. Durant le premier semestre 2012 le chiffre d\u2019affaires de Leclerc Drive repr\u00e9sentait 23% de la croissance du chiffre d\u2019affaires et pas moins de 38% de la progression en part de march\u00e9 ; une performance de taille pour une formule si r\u00e9cente.<\/p>\n<p>L\u2019objectif des 400 Leclerc Drive s\u2019inscrit dans la strat\u00e9gie crosschannel du groupe. Toutefois la croissance de la formule Drive ne peut se faire au d\u00e9triment des autres magasins. Leclerc devra donc veiller \u00e0 ce que les clients\u00a0 commandant online, continuent \u00e0 fr\u00e9quenter les magasins physiques.<\/p>\n<h2>\n<br \/>Des choix radicaux<\/h2>\n<p>Ces magasins physiques doivent d\u00e8s lors proposer un assortiment particulier et\u00a0 des produits offrant une plus-value, en plus des produits propos\u00e9s sur internet. Si sur internet l\u2019aspect rationnel prime, les magasins eux devront jouer la carte de l\u2019\u00e9motion.<\/p>\n<p>Concr\u00e8tement la cha\u00eene devra donc faire des choix radicaux dans son assortiment non-food, qui se vend bien mieux via internet. Dans la cat\u00e9gorie food, il faudra davantage se focaliser sur les aliments et produits frais et les sp\u00e9cialit\u00e9s.<\/p>\n<p>Actuellement E.Leclerc compte 560 supermarch\u00e9s et hypermarch\u00e9s et 1422 commerces sp\u00e9cialis\u00e9s en France. A l\u2019international le distributeur exploite 114 supermarch\u00e9s et hypermarch\u00e9s en Pologne, Italie, Portugal, Espagne, Andorre et Slov\u00e9nie.
