Parmi les 40 marques les plus vendues d\u2019Unilever, 18 sont des marques durables, contre 12 seulement en 2015. Voil\u00e0 le message que veut faire passer Unilever \u00e0 l\u2019heure o\u00f9 certains actionnaires souhaiteraient abandonner cette strat\u00e9gie.<\/p>\n<p>\nIl y a six ans Unilever lan\u00e7ait son Sustainable Living Plan, un projet comprenant 50 objectifs afin de rendre les produits plus \u00e9cologiques et socialement responsables. Depuis 2008 le groupe a d\u00e9j\u00e0 \u00e9conomiser plus de 700 millions d\u2019euros gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mesures \u00e9cologiques. \u00ab Nous avons d\u00e9j\u00e0 fait d\u2019\u00e9normes progr\u00e8s \u00bb, commente le CEO Paul Polman. \u00ab Nos r\u00e9sultats d\u00e9montrent que la durabilit\u00e9 fait du bien \u00e0 l\u2019entreprise, avec des preuves de plus en plus \u00e9videntes que nos marques durables se portent mieux que le reste. \u00bb<\/p>\n<h2>\nValeur suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les actionnaires<\/h2>\n<p>Polman ajoute que le Sustainable Living Plan rend Unilever plus comp\u00e9titif et cr\u00e9e une valeur suppl\u00e9mentaire pour les actionnaires. Un discours qui ind\u00e9niablement\u00a0 fait suite au rejet de l\u2019offre de rachat de Kraft Heinz par Unilever.<\/p>\n<p>\nCe refus avait en effet suscit\u00e9 le m\u00e9contentement de certains actionnaires d\u2019Unilever favorables \u00e0 la cession, jugeant que <a href=\"https:\/\/www.retaildetail.be\/fr\/news\/g%C3%A9n%C3%A9ral\/d%C3%A9saccord-strat%C3%A9gique-au-sein-de-la-direction-d%E2%80%99unilever\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">celle-ci rapporterait plus d\u2019argent \u00e0 court terme<\/a>.
