Toutefois\u00a0ces enseignes contestent les r\u00e9sultats de cette \u00e9tude.<\/p>\n<p><!--break--><\/p>\n<h2>\u00a0\u00ab Epargner rapidement des points suppl\u00e9mentaires \u00bb<\/h2>\n<p>L\u2019enqu\u00eate du journal Het Belang van Limburg men\u00e9e aupr\u00e8s de vingt grandes enseignes r\u00e9v\u00e8le que le rendement d\u2019une carte client est d\u2019\u00e0 peine 2,3% en moyenne : un client ayant d\u00e9pens\u00e9 1000 euros, b\u00e9n\u00e9ficiera d\u2019une r\u00e9duction de 23 euros seulement. D\u2019autre part le journal \u00e9voque \u00e9galement les points et bons de r\u00e9ductions dont la validit\u00e9 est limit\u00e9e dans le temps, ce qui r\u00e9duit encore le rendement de la carte client.<\/p>\n<p>\nSelon l\u2019enqu\u00eate, les cha\u00eenes avec le rendement le plus bas sont Carrefour, Delhaize et Brico, o\u00f9 une d\u00e9pense de 1000 euros rapporte \u00e0 peine 5 euros au client. \u00ab Ce n\u2019est pas tout \u00e0 fait exact \u00bb, r\u00e9pliquent les enseignes concern\u00e9es. \u00ab Le client peut rapidement \u00e9pargner des points suppl\u00e9mentaires via des promotions personnalis\u00e9es, bas\u00e9es sur le comportement d\u2019achat. Dans la pratique le syst\u00e8me d\u2019\u00e9pargne g\u00e9n\u00e9ral ne repr\u00e9sente qu\u2019une petite partie du nombre total de points \u00e9pargn\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nBaptiste van Outryve, porte-parole de Carrefour, s\u2019explique sur Twitter en mentionnant ses propres points d\u2019\u00e9pargne. \u00ab Via de simples achats entre le 1er septembre et le 15 octobre ma carte client chez Carrefour m\u2019a rapport\u00e9\u00a0 180 euros \u00bb, indique-t-il. \u00ab Je n\u2019ai pas achet\u00e9 une t\u00e9l\u00e9vision, il s\u2019agit uniquement de simples courses. Ce que d\u00e9crit l\u2019enqu\u00eate est donc tr\u00e8s limit\u00e9. Le principe de la carte de fid\u00e9lit\u00e9 consiste \u00e0 vous r\u00e9compenser pour chaque achat que vous effectuez, quel qu\u2019il soit \u00bb, ajoute-t-il.<\/p>\n<p>\n\u00ab Toutefois cela ne repr\u00e9sente pas la majorit\u00e9 des points que vous gagnez chez Carrefour. La majorit\u00e9 des points bonus proviennent d\u2019achats qui vous r\u00e9compensent de points suppl\u00e9mentaires , du style\u00a0 70 points bonus \u00e0 l\u2019achat de 10 euros de fruits ou des points bonus \u00e0 l\u2019achat d\u2019un certain produit. En fin d\u2019ann\u00e9e nous constatons que certains clients ach\u00e8tent leur repas de f\u00eate gr\u00e2ce aux points bonus qu\u2019ils ont gagn\u00e9s. \u00bb<\/p>\n<p>\nM\u00eame son de cloche chez Brico qui fait \u00e9galement r\u00e9f\u00e9rence aux promotions personnalis\u00e9es qui rapportent beaucoup de points. Mais l\u2019an prochain l\u2019enseigne de bricolage compte\u00a0 lancer une nouvelle carte client et revoir les conditions.<\/p>\n<p>\nAutre probl\u00e8me soulev\u00e9 par le journal, celui de la dur\u00e9e de validit\u00e9 limit\u00e9e des points et des bons r\u00e9ductions. Certaines cha\u00eenes pr\u00e9tendent que les bons de r\u00e9ductions sont toujours accept\u00e9s m\u00eame apr\u00e8s la date d\u2019expiration, alors que d\u2019autres enseignes affirment que le d\u00e9lai limit\u00e9 est une mani\u00e8re d\u2019inciter les clients \u00e0 revenir plus rapidement pour \u00e9viter que les bons de r\u00e9ductions soient perdus.<\/p>\n<h2>\nAnnonces en ligne<\/h2>\n<p>Outre la formule d\u2019\u00e9pargne, bon nombre de cha\u00eenes proposent des avantages suppl\u00e9mentaires sur leur site web, notamment des promotions personnelles, bas\u00e9es sur\u00a0 les donn\u00e9es personnelles du client et son comportement d\u2019achat. Ces m\u00eames donn\u00e9es sont \u00e9galement utilis\u00e9es pour bombarder le client de promotions en ligne sur des plateformes, telles que Facebook et Google. \u00ab En fait, la carte client est d\u00e9j\u00e0 un outil d\u00e9pass\u00e9. A partir du moment o\u00f9 les magasins lancent une app, c\u2019est alors qu\u2019ils savent r\u00e9ellement tout sur vous. Albert Heijn par exemple peut pr\u00e9dire \u00e0 90% ce que vous allez acheter quinze jours \u00e0 l\u2019avance \u00bb, explique Jorg Snoeck.<\/p>\n<p>\nA court terme c\u2019est une bonne chose pour le client, mais pas \u00e0 long terme, estime Snoeck : \u00ab Dans un premier temps cela permettra effectivement au client de faire des courses meilleur march\u00e9. Mais dans un monde domin\u00e9 par Facebook et Google, les grands acteurs mondiaux profitent eux aussi de ces informations en ligne. Ainsi de grandes marques peuvent vous faire parvenir des publicit\u00e9s en direct, sans passer par les magasins. De ce fait l\u2019argent part vers l\u2019\u00e9tranger, ce qui co\u00fbte des emplois \u00e0 notre \u00e9conomie. Et ce qui au final r\u00e9duit le\u00a0 pouvoir d\u2019achat.
